Hi afegim el carbass\u00f3 ratllat i ho reservem.<\/p>\n<p>Batem els ous juntament amb el sucre fins que blanquegin. Hi incorporem la mantega (punt pomada), la llet, el bicarbonat i la sal, ho barregem fins que estiguin tots els ingredients ben integrats.<\/p>\n<p>Hi afegim les nous picades i la barreja de la farina i el carabass\u00f3. Ho barregem b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar, aboquem la massa en un motlle greixat i ho posem al forn uns 45 minuts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">__________<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Thermomix<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pelem el carbass\u00f3, el tallem a quarts i ratllem 5 seg \/ vel 4. Ho retirem i ho reservem.<\/p>\n<p>Rentem el got, afegim els ous amb el sucre i batem 6 min \/ 37 \u00ba \/ vel 3 1\/2 , passat aquest temps, tornem a programar el mateix temps per\u00f2 sense temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>Hi incorporem la mantega ( punt pomada), la llet, el bicarbonat i la sal i ho barregem 5 segons \/ nivell 3 1\/2.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hi afegim la farina, el cacau, el llevat, la canyella, les nous picades i ho barregem uns segons vel 3 .<\/p>\n<p>Hi aboquem el carbass\u00f3 ratllat que tenim reservat i ho barregem uns segons vel. 3.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar, aboquem la massa en un motlle greixat i ho posem al forn uns 45 minuts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Us presentam la recepta per fer-la tradicionalment i amb Thermomix.
