Tallam la poma en 8 trossos i els dauram la en una paella amb una mica d\u2019oli. Hi aAfegim el sucre i la canyella. Mig minut despr\u00e9s hi posam l\u2019aigua i deixam que s\u2019evapori. Si les pomes s\u00f3n toves les aturam, sin\u00f3 les deixam i hi afegim una miqueta m\u00e9s d\u2019aigua.<\/p>\n<p>Estenem els talls de cuixot salat, hi posam una l\u00e0mina de poma, una de formatge blau, una altre de poma i ho embolicam. Quan tenguem tots els rotllets fets els enfornarem 5 minuts per\u00f2 no massa m\u00e9s, ja que el sabor del cuixot s\u2019accentuaria.<\/p>\n<p>Mentrestant torrarem el pa. Muntarem la tapa posant una mica d\u2019oli verge sobre la torrada, el rotllet i un raig de reducci\u00f3 de bals\u00e0mic. I ja tendrem la nostra tapa a punt.
