Posau una olla al foc amb aigua i en bullir, abocau-hi les gambes. Comptau 30 segons des que l\u2019aigua torna a al\u00e7ar el bull i apagau el foc. Colau les gambes.<\/p>\n<p>Netejau la lletuga i tallau-la a la juliana. Pelau l\u2019alvocat i el mango i tallau-los a daus petits.<\/p>\n<p>Posau tots els ingredients de la salsa dins un bol i remenau b\u00e9 fins que estiguin ben mesclats. Si trobau la salsa massa espessa, afegiu-hi un poc m\u00e9s de suc de taronja o almivar de la pinya per aclarir-la.<\/p>\n<p>Per muntar les copes, posau dins cada una un llit de lletuga, trossets de fruita per damunt, mesclats, i damunt, les gambes en la posici\u00f3 que veis a la fotografia. Abocau-hi dues o tres cullerades de salsa per damunt o, si voleu, servir la salsa a part i que cadasc\u00fa se\u2019n serveixi la quantitat que li v\u00e9ngui de gust.<\/p>\n<p><em>Nota<strong>:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nNo prepareu aquest c\u00f2ctel amb antelaci\u00f3.
