Despr\u00e9s hi afegim el pollastre. En estar daurat, baixam el foc i hi incorporam els albercocs i els xampinyons. Ho remenam i hi afegim el vi i l&#8217;aigua. Ho salpebram i ho deixam coure tapat durant 25 minuts.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, retiram la tapadora i ho deixam que es continui cuinant 30 minuts m\u00e9s.
