{"id":73754,"date":"2012-03-14T10:35:14","date_gmt":"2012-03-14T10:35:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/recepta-coca-de-trempo"},"modified":"2012-03-14T10:35:14","modified_gmt":"2012-03-14T10:35:14","slug":"recepta-coca-de-trempo","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/recepta\/recepta-coca-de-trempo","title":{"rendered":"Coca de tremp\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pasta<br \/>\n&#8211; Farina fluixa<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tass\u00f3 d\u00b4oli d\u00b4oliva<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tass\u00f3 d\u00b4aigua<br \/>\n&#8211; Suc de 1\/2 taronja<br \/>\n&#8211; Llevat de cervesa o &#8220;Canario&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8211; Bicarbonat<\/p>\n<p>Superf\u00edcie<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 ceba<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 pebres verds mallorquins<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 tom\u00e0tigues<br \/>\n&#8211; Sal<br \/>\n&#8211; Pebre bord<br \/>\n&#8211; Oli d\u00b4oliva verge<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Primer de tot hem de fer la pasta, posarem dins una font, el tass\u00f3 d\u00b4aigua, el tass\u00f3 d\u00b4oli, el suc de mitja taronja, una pessigada de bicarbonat i dues pessigades de llevat de cervesa o una cullereta de &#8220;Canario&#8221;. Ho lligam amb una esp\u00e0tula i hi afegirem farina a poc a poc.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s escamparem la massa dins una palangana. Com m\u00e9s prima sigui la pasta, m\u00e9s cruixent ser\u00e0. Deixau la pasta tovant amb un c\u00e0nyom a damunt.<\/p>\n<p>Mentre la pasta tova, podem preparar el tremp\u00f3. Tallarem a daus, la ceba, les tom\u00e0tigues i els pebres. Despr\u00e9s tremparem la verdura amb un raig d\u00b4oli d\u00b4oliva verge, sal i pebre bord.<\/p>\n<p>Quan la pasta estigui tovada, repartim el tremp\u00f3 per damunt i ho enfornarem a 180\u00ba durant 20 minuts. El temps pot variar depenent de la gruixada de la pasta.<br \/>\nPer comprovar que la pasta est\u00e0 cuita li podeu clavar una forqueta. Si surt neta, est\u00e0 al punt.
