Posarem dins una font, el tass\u00f3 d&#8217;aigua, el tass\u00f3 d&#8217;oli, el suc de mitja taronja, una pessigada de bicarbonat i dues pessigades de llevat de cervesa o una cullereta de &#8220;Canario&#8221;. Ho lligam amb una esp\u00e0tula i hi afegirem farina a poc a poc. Despr\u00e9s escamparem la massa dins una palangana. Com m\u00e9s prima sigui la pasta, m\u00e9s cruixent ser\u00e0. Deixau la pasta tovant amb un c\u00e0nyom a damunt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pel fer la superf\u00edcie hem de posar a coure al forn, a poca pot\u00e8ncia, els pebres vermells amb una raig d&#8217;oli per damunt i una mica de sal. Tallarem l&#8217;alberg\u00ednia en juliana i la fregirem volta i volta dins una paella. Despr\u00e9s, deixarem que sui l&#8217;oli dins un plat amb una mica de paper de cuina davall.<\/p>\n<p>En tenir els pebre vermells cuits, els pelarem i els tallarem en juliana, sense tirar el suc que fan, que ens servir\u00e0 per la picada. Agafarem el julivert i els alls i farem una picada, bastaran 4 grans d&#8217;alls i una quarta part del manat de julivert i ho barrejarem amb el suc dels pebres, un raig d&#8217;oli verge, una mica de sal i pebre bo al gust. En estar la picada, afegirem les tires de pebre vermell i ens disposarem a fer el pas final. Primer escamparem les tires de pebre vermell per damunt la pasta, despr\u00e9s les alberg\u00ednies i per acabar posarem la picada que ens ha quedat per damunt del tot i ja la podem enfornar a 180\u00ba durant uns 20 minuts. El temps pot variar depenent de la gruixa de la pasta.<br \/>\nPer comprovar que la pasta est\u00e0 cuita li podeu clavar una forqueta. Si surt neta, est\u00e0 al punt. I tamb\u00e9 podeu mirar si per la part de baix de la coca est\u00e0 daurada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Primer de tot hem de fer la pasta.
