{"id":73975,"date":"2012-03-14T10:35:14","date_gmt":"2012-03-14T10:35:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/recepta-confitura-de-melicoto"},"modified":"2012-03-14T10:35:14","modified_gmt":"2012-03-14T10:35:14","slug":"recepta-confitura-de-melicoto","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/recepta\/recepta-confitura-de-melicoto","title":{"rendered":"Confitura de melicot\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 500 g de melicotons, pelats, sense pinyol i tallats a bocins.<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 g de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 culleradeta de suc de llimona<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 poma sense pelar i tallada a quarts<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Primer de tot posam els melicotons, el sucre i el suc de llimona dins una casserola i els deixam bullir a foc lent durant una hora, remenant-los de tant en tant.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s ho triturarem, juntament amb la poma (li llevarem la pell) i deixarem a part un parell de bocins de melicotons perqu\u00e8 li donin textura a la confitura.<\/p>\n<p>En calent, ho posam tot dins pots esterelitzats.<\/p>\n<p>Nota: La poma ajuda a fer espessir la melmelada, sense haver d&#8217;usar pecticina o agar.<\/p>\n<p>Per esterelitzar: Els posam els pots drets i tancats amb la tapa dins una olla. La confitura ha d&#8217;arribar a dalt de tot. Hi afegim aigua. L&#8217;aigua ha de quedar de 2 a 5 cent\u00edmetres per damunt els pots. Els posam a bullir durant 30 minuts.
