La preparaci\u00f3 \u00e9s relativament senzilla i pot fer-se amb pocs ingredients. La recepta per fer pa\u00a0<em>naan\u00a0<\/em>a casa \u00e9s la seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>500 grams de farina de blat<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de sucre<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 culleradeta de sal<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 culleradeta de bicarbonat de sodi<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 culleradeta de llevat en pols<\/li>\n<li>200 ml de llet<\/li>\n<li>100 grams de iogurt natural<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades d&#8217;oli vegetal<\/li>\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p>En un bol gros, barrejau la farina, el sucre, la sal, el bicarbonat de sodi i el llevat en pols fins que estiguin ben integrats. A poc a poc, afegiu-hi la llet, el iogurt, el julivert picat i les cullerades d&#8217;oli vegetal.\u00a0Pastau b\u00e9 tots els ingredients fins a obtenir una massa homog\u00e8nia i suau. Si la pasta \u00e9s massa seca, podeu afegir-hi una mica m\u00e9s de llet per aconseguir la consist\u00e8ncia adequada.<\/p>\n<p>Cobriu el bol amb un peda\u00e7 net i deixau reposar la pasta en un lloc c\u00e0lid durant aproximadament 2 hores. Durant aquest temps, la pasta hauria de cr\u00e9ixer i doblar el seu volum inicial.<\/p>\n<p>Preescalfau el forn a 220\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, dividiu la pasta en porcions petites i feis-ne boles amb les mans. Esteneu cada bola amb un aprimador per donar-li forma de cercle pla d&#8217;uns 15 cent\u00edmetres de di\u00e0metre. Si la pasta s&#8217;enganxa a la superf\u00edcie, podeu posar-hi una mica de farina per evitar-ho.<\/p>\n<p>Opcionalment, podeu untar una mica de mantega a la superf\u00edcie del naan per donar-li un gust m\u00e9s agradable.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar, posau els <em>naans\u00a0<\/em>en una safata de forn lleugerament enfarinada o coberta amb paper de forn.
