Hi ofereix dues propostes complement\u00e0ries. D&#8217;una banda, preparen una selecta proposta de gunkans, sashimis, nigiris i rols. De l&#8217;altra, hi elaboren plats com l&#8217;alvocat a la brasa amb t\u00e0rtar de salm\u00f3 i llet de tigre, o la lassanya cruixenta amb curri de peix i herba llimonenca.<\/p>\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, all\u00f2 m\u00e9s recomanable \u00e9s gaudir del men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3, una proposta molt treballada, en la qual es cuida molt el producte i que sol tenir devers 10 passas i m\u00e9s de 40 elaboracions.Plats que han fet en aquest men\u00fa s\u00f3n\u00a0 gambes vermelles amb c\u00edtrics i gel d&#8217;alga, pop cruixent amb mojo vermell i crema de colflori i vainilla o el filet de vedella blanca amb escuma de patata i esp\u00e0rrecs\u00a0verds fumats.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant Fusi\u00f3n 19 ofereix un espai di\u00e0fan, minimalista, des del qual es pot veure com treballen els cuiners amb cada un dels plats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9s sobre Javier Hoebeeck<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Javier Hoebeeck<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s una de les promeses del planter culinari de Mallorca. S&#8217;ha format a l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears. Va fer pr\u00e0ctiques a Zaranda i ha passat per les cuines d&#8217;Azurmendi, El Celler de Can Roca i Narisawa (a T\u00f2quio), un dels millors restaurants d&#8217;\u00c0sia.
