Es tracta de\u00a0<strong>Marc Mora<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Pau Mora<\/strong>. El primer s&#8217;encarrega de la cuina, mentre que el segon \u00e9s l&#8217;encarregat de la partida de postres.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ofereixen una proposta culin\u00e0ria que compr\u00e8n des d&#8217;interpretacions de la cuina mallorquina com el calamar farcit d&#8217;arr\u00f2s i embotits (varia i botifarr\u00f3), fins a propostes m\u00e9s internacionals com el taco de peix amb gamba.
