El restaurant Umi Mallorca t\u00e9 el peix fresc i les verdures com a ingredients principals, amb sushis deliciosos que es combinen amb pok\u00e9s, les ensalades t\u00edpiques de Hawai amb un toc m\u00e9s modern. Tot es pot menjar al local, a la taula o al tasser, com comanar-ho per endur.<\/p>\n<p>Hi hem tastat el pok\u00e9 de salm\u00f3, amb alvocat, cogombre, kale, rave, maduixes i salsa de c\u00edtrics: el pok\u00e9 de Wagyu, una creaci\u00f3 pr\u00f2pia del xef, amb carn de vedella Wagyu, bolets shiitake, pebres, ceba i ou; a m\u00e9s de rolls de tonyina, amb gamba en tempura, cibulet i salsa ponzu i, de postres, el coulant de te verd i xocolata blanca. Es troba en una de les marines m\u00e9s exclusives de les Balears, Port Adriano, concretament al nucli del Toro, al municipi de Calvi\u00e0.
