I ho continua essent gr\u00e0cies a Jaume i Tomeu, ren\u00e9ts de Rafel Valls, m\u00e9s conegut com en Butxaca, una gran persona que dedic\u00e0 la seva vida a l&#8217;ofici de fer gelats.\u00a0<strong>Una passi\u00f3 que es remunta a l&#8217;any 1929<\/strong>\u00a0i que la seva fam\u00edlia continua a dia d&#8217;avui.<\/p>\n<p>Per als pollencins era molt habitual dir l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 &#8220;anam a fer\u00a0<strong>un gelat a Can Butxaca<\/strong>&#8220;, en refer\u00e8ncia al quiosc on Valls venia els gelats; per aix\u00f2, els seus ren\u00e9ts han apostat per aquest nom tan emblem\u00e0tic a Pollen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>El local s&#8217;ubica a la Pla\u00e7a, concretament just on comen\u00e7a el carrer Colon. Hi passareu gust menjant\u00a0<strong>gelats artesans<\/strong>, amb m\u00e9s de 20 sabors per triar (cirera, avellana, vainilla, xocolata amb menta, mango, etc.) per menjar en tassonet o neula amb i<strong>\u00a0sense gluten<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 hi trobareu\u00a0<strong>granissats\u00a0<\/strong>d&#8217;ametla, de xufla de llimona i de taronja,\u00a0<strong>polos\u00a0<\/strong>de maduixa, xocolata, coco&#8230;, gelats\u00a0<strong>sense sucre<\/strong>, a m\u00e9s de<strong>\u00a0creps dolces<\/strong>\u00a0amb gelat i fruites. I encara n&#8217;hi ha m\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 tamb\u00e9 fan\u00a0<strong>batuts\u00a0<\/strong>i gelats per endur.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva: Tot un m\u00f3n de plaer sabor\u00f3s i delici\u00f3s!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pollen\u00e7a sempre ha estat un bon lloc per gaudir d&#8217;un bon gelat.
