Hi trobareu des d&#8217;unes t\u00edpiques\u00a0<em>papas arrugadas\u00a0<\/em>amb\u00a0<em>mojo<\/em>\u00a0a propostes m\u00e9s creatives i originals com el pepito de matalauva, que elaboren al mateix restaurant amb formatge de cabra de la ra\u00e7a\u00a0<em>majorera<\/em>, farcit de carn\u00a0<em>fiesta<\/em>. Tamb\u00e9 hi cuinen el pop\u00a0<em>sancochado<\/em>, el canel\u00f3 de\u00a0<em>ropa vieja<\/em>\u00a0o unes originals postres que reten homenatge al pl\u00e0tan, t\u00edpic d&#8217;aquesta terra, i que Hern\u00e1dez combina originalment amb pinya, galleta i tequila.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest restaurant que t\u00e9 el nom d&#8217;un peix t\u00edpic de les Illes Can\u00e0ries no \u00e9s el primer negoci de Jonay Hern\u00e1ndez.
