Un espai creat per Ivan Levy i el cuiner Simon Petutschnig, que combina la cuina selecta, amb l&#8217;art i la m\u00fasica. De fet, est\u00e0 decorat amb obres dels artistes Lin Utzon, Toni Garau, \u00d1aco Fabr\u00e9, Toni Pedraza, Liliane Csuka, entre altres.<\/p>\n<p>Simon Petutsching, que va ser el responsable de la cuina del restaurant Quadrat de l&#8217;Hotel Sant Frances de Palma, fusiona la cuina mediterr\u00e0nia i l&#8217;asi\u00e0tica amb un estil propi i equilibrat com b\u00e9 demostren alguns dels seus plats: alga nori amb vedella wagyu i t\u00f2fona negra mallorquina, i la corbina amb crema de carabassa, roca amb curri i crem\u00f3s de llimona i coriandre.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant es troba als baixos de l&#8217;entitat Circulo Mallorqu\u00edn, fundada per les capes arist\u00f2crates de Palma l&#8217;any 1851.
