La cuina de X\u00f3lotl va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de totopos i burritos ja que ofereixen diversos plats t\u00edpics de M\u00e8xic, com les <em>tortas de ceviche<\/em> de gambeta, les <em>emmoladas poblanas<\/em>, presentades en full de plataner, servides amb <em>tortillas\u00a0<\/em>fregides farcides de pollastre amb chiles i xocolata, els <em>tacos al pastor<\/em>, amb porc, all, xile guajillo, pinya rostida i coriandre, o les <em>sopes de cochinita pibil<\/em>, presentades amb una tortita m\u00e9s gruixuda que la del <em>taco<\/em> i adobades amb achiote, orenga i taronja. De postres, past\u00eds d&#8217;<em>elote amb cajeta<\/em> (dol\u00e7 de llet), una mena de bescuit\u00a0de blat de moro amb dol\u00e7 de llet i crema anglesa.
