{"id":73663,"date":"2012-09-29T15:05:43","date_gmt":"2012-09-29T13:05:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/restaurant\/restaurant-arco-iris-muro-can-picafort"},"modified":"2024-08-30T10:39:47","modified_gmt":"2024-08-30T08:39:47","slug":"restaurant-arco-iris-muro-can-picafort","status":"publish","type":"restaurant","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/en\/restaurant\/restaurant-arco-iris-muro-can-picafort","title":{"rendered":"Restaurant Arco Iris"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quan arribam a Can Picafort des de Muro trobam aquest restaurant, regentat per Pep Toni Santandreu i Regina Cladera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Disposen d&#8217;una \u00e0mplia carta en qu\u00e8 predominen els plats t\u00edpics de la cuina mallorquina: caragols, sopes, arr\u00f2s brut, anguiles, a m\u00e9s de plats per enc\u00e0rrec com la crep de porcelleta amb foie i salsa de d\u00e0tils (o salsa de xampinyons), la porcelleta rostida amb pomes, els peus de porc amb llam\u00e0ntol o els escaldums de peix.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al matins, hi fan variats: callos (possiblement un dels millors de l&#8217;illa), llom amb xampinyons, frit de marisc, llengua amb t\u00e0peres) i pambolis. Raccions abundants i saboroses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al migdia hi fan menu. A l&#8217;hivern, cada dijous serveixen plats de llegums (carota de porc amb mongetes, llenties, mongetes vermelles amb carabassa i colflori)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durant el mes de novembre, fan una setmana gastron\u00f2mica dedicada a la cuina de butzes i cuina tradicional mallorquina, com els cervellets, potons, galtes i carota de porc, frit de ronyons de conill, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El restaurant es divideix en dues sales, una de m\u00e9s petita i una de m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia, perfecte per a celebracions.
