Com el seu nom indica, est\u00e0 especialitzat en ramen, \u00e9s a dir, en sopa de fideus. Tot i que \u00e9s un plat xin\u00e8s, tamb\u00e9 es troba a la cultura japonesa, d&#8217;on s&#8217;ha fet popular a Europa especialment gr\u00e0cies als c\u00f2mics manga.<\/p>\n<p>El secret del ramen s\u00f3n les hores de cocci\u00f3 del brou. A Ramen Otaku, en trobareu de diferents, com ara el ramen Tonkotsu, fet amb carn de porc, amb una cocci\u00f3 de 24 hores, que es cuina amb gingebre, ou bullit i oli d&#8217;all negre. Tamb\u00e9 n&#8217;hi ha de vegetarians, amb tom\u00e0tigues seques, bolets i carabassa. A m\u00e9s de ramen, tamb\u00e9 hi fan crestes japoneses (giozes) i gambes arrebossades, entre d&#8217;altres propostes.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>creador\u00a0<\/strong>d&#8217;aquest restaurant \u00e9s l&#8217;alemany<strong>\u00a0Bjoern Heibuelt<\/strong>, que va quedar enamorat del ramen despr\u00e9s de viatjar al Jap\u00f3 amb son pare, un cuiner amb estrella Michelin. Anys m\u00e9s tard, volia crear el seu propi restaurant de ramen, per aix\u00f2, es va formar al Jap\u00f3, concretament a T\u00f2quio, en una escola de ramen, amb un dels cuiners del grup\u00a0Rajuko Lab.
