Anteriorment era conegut com a Wow, per\u00f2 l&#8217;any 2023 ha tornat a obrir les portes amb un concepte totalment renovat, des de la cuina fins al personal.<\/p>\n<p>Els creadors de House of Wow s\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>Aaron Mellor<\/strong>, propietari de m\u00e9s de 40 bars, restaurants i clubs al Regne Unit, als Estats Units d&#8217;Am\u00e8rica i a Europa, i de la cadena de r\u00e0dio Openlab;\u00a0<strong>Alberto Dubois<\/strong>, exresponsable de Grup Pacha i promotor d&#8217;espais d&#8217;oci i gastronomia com Platea Madrid, Dry Cosmopolita o Haciendas Company;\u00a0<strong>Edwin Kramer<\/strong>,\u00a0exgerent de Nobu Eivissa Bay Hotel i altres hotels de la marca Edition; i\u00a0<strong>Nelleke Strijkers<\/strong>, creadora de la botiga de moda SPRMRKT.<\/p>\n<p>Hi trobareu un espai polivalent, que a m\u00e9s de restaurant \u00e9s bar i cocteleria. A m\u00e9s, pot acollir tot tipus d&#8217;esdeveniments i tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;hi organitzen activitats culturals com ara tallers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cristina Due\u00f1as<\/strong>\u00a0n&#8217;\u00e9s la cap de cuina. Ha passat pels fogons de l&#8217;Hostal La Torre, Portofina, Atzar\u00f3 o Pied a Terre London. A House of Wow ofereix una deliciosa carta amb sabors frescos i un toc piti\u00fas, creat a partir d&#8217;ingredients locals i de temporada, complementats amb m\u00e9s de 80 vins de totes les varietats i preus (molts dels quals poden ser degustats per copa) i c\u00f2ctels deliciosos.<\/p>\n<p>La carta de menjar inclou cl\u00e0ssics com el c\u00f2ctel de gambes a propostes pr\u00f2pies, com l&#8217;amanida teba d&#8217;alberg\u00ednies amb magranes i tahini, el calamar eivissenc amb salsa d&#8217;all confitat i oli d&#8217;alfabeguera o el filet de vedella amb salsa de caf\u00e8 Par\u00eds.
