Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver rebut dues estrelles el seu iogurt Or\u00edgens i una el seu Grec Natural,\u00a0<strong>en aquesta ocasi\u00f3 La Fageda ha estat reconeguda amb una estrella m\u00e9s, per la seva Crema Catalana Or\u00edgens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El jurat, format per m\u00e9s de 200 xefs i sommeliers de reconegut prestigi mundial, ha atorgat una puntuaci\u00f3 total del 73,5% a les postres de La Fageda, que han destacat especialment en les categories de textura (75,7%) i aspecte (77,2%), valorant la cremositat i l&#8217;aroma aut\u00e8ntica que caracteritzen a aquesta recepta tradicional catalana. L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha dut a terme sota estrictes est\u00e0ndards internacionals (AFNOR XP V096A), mitjan\u00e7ant tastos a cegues que garanteixen l&#8217;objectivitat de l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi.<\/p>\n<p>Durant aquest proc\u00e9s,\u00a0<strong>els experts han avaluat la Crema Catalana Or\u00edgens en cinc criteris sensorials<\/strong>: primera impressi\u00f3, aspecte, olfacte, sabor i textura, oferint una descripci\u00f3 detallada de cada atribut. L\u2019International Taste Institute de Brussel\u00b7les compta amb un jurat internacional format per experts seleccionats per la seva experi\u00e8ncia en l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi sensorial i la seva traject\u00f2ria en institucions com la Guia Michelin i Gault &amp; Millau.\u00a0<strong>Aquests professionals avaluen els productes de manera individual, seguint un rigor\u00f3s protocol que inclou la preparaci\u00f3 i presentaci\u00f3 est\u00e0ndard de les mostres en condicions controlades, que assegurenla m\u00e0xima consist\u00e8ncia i qualitat en l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La Fageda va llan\u00e7ar al mercat la Crema Catalana Or\u00edgens a l&#8217;octubre de 2024, comercialitzada sota el segell \u2018Or\u00edgens\u2019, una gamma nascuda l\u2019any 2022 en motiu de la celebraci\u00f3 del 40\u00e8 aniversari del naixement del projecte social.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aquesta crema catalana est\u00e0 basada en la recepta tradicional<\/strong>, elaborada amb llet fresca de proximitat,\u00a0<strong>vermell d&#8217;ous amb un toc de canyella i llimona<\/strong>. Incorpora un sobre de sucre caramel\u00b7litzat que es pot dosificar en la seva superf\u00edcie per a aportar un contrast cruixent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Francesc Gal\u00ed<\/strong>, director de M\u00e0rqueting i Comercial de La Fageda, subratlla la import\u00e0ncia d&#8217;aquest guard\u00f3: \u201c<strong>Aquest reconeixement\u00a0<\/strong>internacional posa en valor l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 i la dedicaci\u00f3 del nostre equip, i\u00a0<strong>demostra que qualitat i comprom\u00eds social poden anar plegats\u00a0<\/strong>per a oferir productes que marquen la difer\u00e8ncia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una mica d&#8217;hist\u00f2ria<br \/>\n<\/strong>La Fageda va n\u00e9ixer l\u2019any 1982, impulsada pel psic\u00f2leg Crist\u00f3bal Col\u00f3n amb la voluntat de millorar la vida de persones en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat creant per a elles llocs de treball reals i amb sentit.
