Ho far\u00e0 amb una proposta molt especial, que ha batiat com a &#8216;<strong>Tup\u00e9 Cado<\/strong>&#8216;, on el cuir\u00f3 llueix amb llum pr\u00f2pia en la seva versi\u00f3 m\u00e9s creativa.<\/p>\n<p>Andreu Moreno\u00a0<strong>explica que la seva recepta<\/strong>\u00a0t\u00e9 brou de bullit amb un toc de coent que incita a continuar menjant, seguit d&#8217;un serrell (tup\u00e9) de briox farcit de les carn del brou, morcilla i cornes, amb pralin\u00e9 de ciurons (de Pedrosillo).<\/p>\n<p>Aquest certamen gastron\u00f2mic est\u00e0 patrocinat per Tierra de Sabor, i t\u00e9 com a objectiu donar valor als llegums de Castella i Lle\u00f3 com un ingredient d&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia i enorme versatilitat culin\u00e0ria. La presentaci\u00f3 oficial del campionat va ser el mes de febrer passat al restaurant Omeraki by Alberto Chicote (Madrid).<\/p>\n<p>Moreno s&#8217;haur\u00e0 d&#8217;encarar a 16 cuiners d&#8217;arreu de l&#8217;Estat espanyol, un per cada comunitat aut\u00f2noma.\u00a0La selecci\u00f3 de finalistes ha resultat una combinaci\u00f3 del vot popular (50%) i la valoraci\u00f3 del comit\u00e8 professional del campionat (50%), tenint en compte aspectes com l&#8217;entitat gastron\u00f2mica de cada proposta i el compliment del reglament oficial.
