Aquest cuiner alemany fa gaireb\u00e9 una d\u00e8cada que viu a Mallorca, actualment a Valldemossa. Explica que el producte local \u00e9s l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia del men\u00fa i que en la seva proposta recupera l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia del berenar sense perdre el sentit d&#8217;aquesta proposta culin\u00e0ria:<strong>&nbsp;gaudir del menjar en un entorn encisat per la mar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els berenars comencen a les 9.30 hores i tenen una durada de devers tres hores.
