{"id":102363,"date":"2025-08-13T08:45:11","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T06:45:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/salut-ordena-tancar-un-restaurant-asiatic-despres-de-detectar-hi-un-brot-de-salmonellosi"},"modified":"2026-04-12T19:55:21","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T17:55:21","slug":"salut-ordena-tancar-un-restaurant-asiatic-despres-de-detectar-hi-un-brot-de-salmonellosi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/salut-ordena-tancar-un-restaurant-asiatic-despres-de-detectar-hi-un-brot-de-salmonellosi","title":{"rendered":"Salut ordena tancar un restaurant asi\u00e0tic despr\u00e9s de detectar-hi un brot de salmonel\u2022losi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Salut P\u00fablica ha ordenat la suspensi\u00f3 temporal d&#8217;un establiment de menjar asi\u00e0tic a Palma, a causa de la detecci\u00f3 d&#8217;un brot d&#8217;origen alimentari amb focus a aquest establiment.\u00a0<strong>El brot de salmonel\u00b7losi detectat ha afectat 43 persones, de les quals 12 han hagut de ser ingressades\u00a0<\/strong>amb simptomatologia de dolor abdominal, febre, n\u00e0usees, v\u00f2mits i diarrea.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3 duta a terme pels serveis de Seguretat Aliment\u00e0ria i Epidemiologia de la Conselleria de Salut han determinat, amb la informaci\u00f3 disponible fins ara, que l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 al patogen es va produir entre el dilluns 4 i el divendres 8 d&#8217;agost.<\/p>\n<p>En les inspeccions dutes a terme, els t\u00e8cnics de Seguretat Aliment\u00e0ria han efectuat una presa de mostres d&#8217;utensilis i aliments per enviar-los al laboratori, a fi de determinar de manera concreta l&#8217;origen de la intoxicaci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, durant la inspecci\u00f3<strong>\u00a0s&#8217;han detectat una s\u00e8rie de defici\u00e8ncies relacionades amb l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de menjars a temperatures inadequades, com tamb\u00e9 altres mancances en els processos de manteniment i higienitzaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de comprovar aquestes defici\u00e8ncies, Salut P\u00fablica ha em\u00e8s una ordre de suspensi\u00f3 temporal de l&#8217;activitat de l&#8217;establiment fins que s&#8217;aclareixin les causes que han provocat aquest brot i se\u2019n corregeixin les defici\u00e8ncies detectades. El local t\u00e9\u00a0<strong>deu dies per presentar al\u00b7legacions, esmenar les defici\u00e8ncies i descriure com duran a terme els processos<\/strong>. Segons ha pogut transcendir, els propietaris s&#8217;han mostrat col\u00b7laboradors amb les autoritats sanit\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>salmonel\u00b7losi \u00e9s una infecci\u00f3 bacteriana que pot causar malalties gastrointestinals<\/strong>. Els\u00a0<strong>s\u00edmptomes\u00a0<\/strong>solen apar\u00e8ixer entre 12 i 72 hores despr\u00e9s de la infecci\u00f3 i poden incloure\u00a0<strong>febre<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>diarrea<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>v\u00f2mits\u00a0<\/strong>i\u00a0<strong>dolor abdominal<\/strong>. En alguns casos, la infecci\u00f3 pot ser greu i requerir tractament m\u00e8dic.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant en q\u00fcesti\u00f3 pertany al grup\u00a0<strong>Dragon Sushi<\/strong>\u00a0i est\u00e0 situat a l&#8217;Arenal de Palma. L&#8217;any\u00a0<strong>2019<\/strong>, un altre establiment de la mateixa cadena, situat al carrer de Blanquerna de Palma,\u00a0<strong>va intoxicar gaireb\u00e9 un centenar de persones, que foren<\/strong>\u00a0afectades per un brot alimentari, d&#8217;entre els quals hi havia una vintena malalts de salmonel\u00b7losi.
