En aquest ambient susp\u00e8s entre el temps i la bellesa, el restaurant Bot\u00e0nic acollir\u00e0 una cita singular: un sopar a quatre mans en qu\u00e8 la cuina vegetal d&#8217;<strong>Andreu Ben\u00edtez<\/strong>&nbsp;dialogar\u00e0 amb el mestratge a la ca\u00e7a del xef suec&nbsp;<strong>Jonas Petersson<\/strong>, en una oda a la tardor ia la tradici\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>10 de novembre<\/strong>, tots dos cuiners es trobaran per celebrar la Nit de Sant Mart\u00ed, una de les festivitats m\u00e9s arrelades del sud de Su\u00e8cia. La llegenda explica que Sant Mart\u00ed va intentar amagar-se en una granja per evitar ser nomenat bisbe, per\u00f2 els nyequejos de les oques el van delatar. Des de llavors, a moltes de les llars del sud de Su\u00e8cia, es rosteix aquesta au en el seu honor, un acte en el qual es dona la benvinguda a l&#8217;hivern entre aromes de forn, vi i celebraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gust de tardor, entre el bosc i el jard\u00ed<br><\/strong>El men\u00fa, dissenyat en exclusiva per a aquesta ocasi\u00f3, barreja el car\u00e0cter n\u00f2rdic amb la frescor mediterr\u00e0nia. Una crema de bolets picornells amb botifarra cruixent i pa vidre d&#8217;herbes dona pas a la pitrera d&#8217;oca rostida i el confit d&#8217;\u00e0nec amb foie gras, acompanyat de cols de Brussel\u00b7les rostides, col llombarda i patates cruixents, i culmina amb un delicat crumble de poma amb salsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia, que&nbsp;<strong>comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 a les 19.00 hores&nbsp;<\/strong>amb una copa de xampany, s&#8217;ofereix nom\u00e9s durant aquest vespre, a un preu de 120 euros per persona (begudes no incloses), amb reserva anticipada i places limitades a trav\u00e9s&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:d%27info@canbordoy.com\">d&#8217;info@canbordoy.com<\/a>&nbsp;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Una tradici\u00f3 n\u00f2rdica reinterpretada al cor de Palma :<br><\/strong>Amb una comunitat sueca que s&#8217;acosta als 8.500 residents a les Illes Balears i Piti\u00fcses, Mallorca mant\u00e9 un vincle estret amb Escandin\u00e0via. Molts, com el propi propietari de Can Bordoy Grand House &amp; Garden, Mikael Hall, han trobat a l&#8217;illa un lloc d&#8217;inspiraci\u00f3, i hi han importat tradicions que, com el sopar de Sant Mart\u00ed, formen part de la identitat cultural del sud de Su\u00e8cia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest esdeveniment no sols ret homenatge a aquesta her\u00e8ncia, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 expressa la voluntat de l&#8217;hotel d&#8217;oferir al p\u00fablic local experi\u00e8ncies gastron\u00f2miques internacionals d&#8217;alt nivell durant la tardor i l&#8217;hivern, que posicionin Can Bordoy Grand House &amp; Garden com a punt de trobada per als mallorquins que cerquen gaudir de propostes al nivell de les grans capitals europees, fins i tot fora de temporada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dues visions, una mateixa passi\u00f3<br><\/strong>Jonas Petersson (esquerra) , xef suec amb una dilatada traject\u00f2ria a Estocolm, Nova York i Londres, representa l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia del nord: foc, fum i respecte per la natura. Despr\u00e9s del seu pas per cuines de prestigi i com a fundador de l&#8217;aclamat Sa Fumata a Palma, Petersson s&#8217;ha consolidat com a referent en carns de ca\u00e7a i cuina n\u00f2rdica contempor\u00e0nia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andr\u00e9s Ben\u00edtez (dreta) , \u00e0nima del restaurant Bot\u00e0nic, \u00e9s un dels grans ambaixadors del moviment Plant Forward a Espanya. La seva cuina vegetal, lluminosa i elegant, transforma el que \u00e9s verd en art, en un discurs que combina t\u00e8cnica, emoci\u00f3 i consci\u00e8ncia.
