Entre totes les creacions ha incl\u00f2s un dels plats, Ramallet i maon\u00e8s, i una de les postres, Maduixes, roses i hibiscus, del restaurant el que ha posicionat el&nbsp;<strong>restaurant Voro de Mallorca, del cuiner \u00c1lvaro Salazar,<\/strong>&nbsp;com l&#8217;\u00fanic de tot Espanya a obtenir tots dos reconeixements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plat&nbsp;<strong>Ramellet i maon\u00e8s<\/strong>, tal com la guia explica en el seu comunicat, \u00e9s una creaci\u00f3 en qu\u00e8 el xef \u00c1lvaro Salazar, \u00abha aconseguit fusionar dos productes tradicionals de les illes Balears en una experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica a nivell internacional\u00bb. \u00c9s un aperitiu, amb aparen\u00e7a de postres, que suposa l&#8217;inici dels dos men\u00fas oferts a l&#8217;\u00fanic restaurant amb dues estrelles de les Balears. Una proposta, detalla l&#8217;article de la guia, \u00abque gira entorn de dos productes locals com ara la tom\u00e0tiga de ramellet i el formatge maon\u00e8s vell. A la base, hi apareix una aigua de tom\u00e0tiga fumada amb sarment, embolicada en un caramel del mateix ingredient i acompanyada per punts de tom\u00e0tiga i alfabeguera\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les&nbsp;<strong>postres&nbsp;<\/strong>seleccionades d&#8217;Alvaro Salazar s\u00f3n les&nbsp;<strong>Maduixes, roses i hibiscus<\/strong>, forma part dels men\u00fas Voro i Devoro. Segons els inspectors de la guia es tracta d&#8217;una mousse de maduixes i roses, perfectament banyada en xocolata i pintada amb esprai de maduixa. L&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 \u201csegueix amb uns punts de ganache de xocolata amb pebre, una petita amanida de maduixes a daus i un gelat de xocolata blanca i pebre rosa, acompanyats per uns discos de xocolata perpirats amb fustes p\u00e8tals de rosa\u201d, comenten els inspectors de la&nbsp;<em>Guia Michelin<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, aquest nou i \u00fanic doble reconeixement a tot el pa\u00eds es rep amb una immensa alegria i com una confirmaci\u00f3 de la feina ben feta. \u00abAquest tipus de distincions s\u00f3n el reflex d&#8217;una filosofia que aposta pel talent, el territori i l&#8217;excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia\u00bb, assenyala Toni Mir, CEO de Cap Vermell Group, que ha felicitat el xef i tot l&#8217;equip d&#8217;VORO per un any \u00abextraordinari,
