Es pot rec\u00f3rrer carrer a carrer, perdre&#8217;s entre les cases senyorials del barri antic, seguir el Passeig Mar\u00edtim o gaudir de la silueta de la Catedral (la Seu, com la coneixem els mallorquins) des de la mar. Hi ha, per\u00f2, una manera diferent d&#8217;entendre la ciutat: observar-la des de les altures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fa m\u00e9s de sis d\u00e8cades, l&#8217;Sky Bar de l&#8217;Hotel Saratoga ocupa una posici\u00f3 privilegiada sobre el paisatge urb\u00e0 de Palma. Inaugurat l&#8217;any 1965, molt abans que els&nbsp;<em>rooftops&nbsp;<\/em>esdevinguessin una tend\u00e8ncia internacional, aquest espai ja oferia una perspectiva \u00fanica sobre capital balear. Va ser el primer de la ciutat i, des de llavors, ha estat testimoni silenci\u00f3s de la seva evoluci\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ubicat a la vuitena planta del m\u00edtic establiment, aquest agradable terrat s&#8217;articula al voltant d&#8217;una petita piscina (reservada per a hostes). La seva mirada abasta alguns dels elements que defineixen la identitat de Palma: el perfil majestu\u00f3s de la Catedral, el moviment constant del port, els terrats del nucli hist\u00f2ric i el blau del Mediterrani.&nbsp;<br><br>L&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia arriba a un dels seus moments m\u00e9s especials al capvespre, quan la llum daurada transforma els edificis hist\u00f2rics i el port comen\u00e7a a encendre&#8217;s.
