{"id":106775,"date":"2026-09-15T11:41:37","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T09:41:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/?p=106775"},"modified":"2026-09-15T11:41:40","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T09:41:40","slug":"la-ii-fira-del-variat-incorpora-la-venda-anticipada-de-tiquets-per-internet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/la-ii-fira-del-variat-incorpora-la-venda-anticipada-de-tiquets-per-internet","title":{"rendered":"La II Fira del Variat incorpora la venda anticipada de tiquets per internet"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;<strong>pla\u00e7a de Pere Garau<\/strong>&nbsp;acollir\u00e0 els dies 26 i 27 de setembre la segona edici\u00f3 de la&nbsp;<strong>Fira del Variat<\/strong>, una cita que reivindica un dels plats m\u00e9s arrelats de la cuina popular de Mallorca.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;<strong>novetat&nbsp;<\/strong>principal d&#8217;enguany \u00e9s la posada en marxa de la&nbsp;<strong>venda anticipada de tiquets<\/strong>&nbsp;a trav\u00e9s del web&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/firadelvariat.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">firadelvariat.com<\/a>, un sistema que permetr\u00e0 als assistents adquirir les seves consumicions abans o durant la celebraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;esdeveniment, de forma r\u00e0pida i c\u00f2moda.<br><br>La iniciativa respon a la voluntat de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;agilitzar l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia del visitant en un esdeveniment que en&nbsp;<strong>la primera edici\u00f3 va superar totes les previsions d&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia<\/strong>. Els tiquets ja estan disponibles i es podran bescanviar a qualsevol de les casetes participants durant els dos dies de fira.<br><br>En aquesta edici\u00f3, la Fira s&#8217;ampliar\u00e0 i ocupar\u00e0 les dues places del mercat amb tretze casetes de variat a c\u00e0rrec d&#8217;establiments d&#8217;hostaleria, a m\u00e9s de gastronetes, m\u00fasica en directe i activitats familiars. El programa comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 el dissabte a les 19 hores i es perllongar\u00e0 fins a mitjanit, mentre que el diumenge la jornada s&#8217;estendr\u00e0 des de les 9 del mat\u00ed fins a les 11 del vespre.<br><br>\u00abAmb l&#8217;acollida que vam tenir el primer any, en aquesta segona edici\u00f3 hav\u00edem de cr\u00e9ixer i millorar. Enguany hi hatretze casetes i amb la venda de tiquets per internet, que \u00e9s la gran novetat. El variat \u00e9s de les coses m\u00e9s nostres que tenim i aquesta fira va n\u00e9ixer per posar-ho al lloc que mereix.\u00bb, explica&nbsp;<strong>Paquita&nbsp;Bonn\u00edn<\/strong>, presidenta del Mercat de Pere Garau.<br><br>La cita va n\u00e9ixer el 2025 amb la vocaci\u00f3 de convertir-se en refer\u00e8ncia del calendari gastron\u00f2mic de Mallorca i posar en valor la feina dels establiments que mantenen viva la recepta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La II Fira del Variat est\u00e0 organitzada per l&#8217;Agrupaci\u00f3 de Vendedors de la Pla\u00e7a de Pere Garau, amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Palma i el Consell de Mallorca, i t\u00e9 el suport de Fires i Festes, Puig, Vermut Muntaner, Net Palma, RDamians, Graficon, Ses Nines de Tianna Negre, San Miguel, Cerveza Balear, Taste Mallorca, Ni foc ni fum i ZINE Hosteleria com a entitats col\u00b7laboradores i patrocinadores.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El
