{"id":57000,"date":"2022-02-10T09:27:54","date_gmt":"2022-02-10T08:27:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/maties-miralles-converteix-el-mamamundi-en-mona-de-xocolata"},"modified":"2022-02-10T09:27:54","modified_gmt":"2022-02-10T08:27:54","slug":"maties-miralles-converteix-el-mamamundi-en-mona-de-xocolata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/maties-miralles-converteix-el-mamamundi-en-mona-de-xocolata","title":{"rendered":"Maties Miralles converteix el Mamamundi en mona de xocolata"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un dels pastissers que estan marcant tend\u00e8ncia els darrers anys \u00e9s\u00a0<strong>Maties Miralles<\/strong>, propietari del\u00a0<strong>Forn des Pla de na Tesa\u00a0<\/strong>(<strong>Marratx\u00ed<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Una de les darreres creacions que ha mostrat a les xarxes un dol\u00e7 inspirat en la\u00a0<strong>Mamamundi\u00a0<\/strong>creada per l&#8217;artista\u00a0<strong>Marina Salazar\u00a0<\/strong>amb motiu de la can\u00e7\u00f3 &#8216;Mam\u00e0&#8217;, de la cantant\u00a0<strong>Rigoberta Bandini<\/strong>. Tot sembla indicar que ser\u00e0 una de les properes mones de xocolata que el forn de Miralles oferir\u00e0 per Pasqua.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests dies, tamb\u00e9 ha presentat algunes de les postres que ha creat expressament per Sant Valent\u00ed, que han agradat a centenars de seguidors d&#8217;Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>Maties Miralles va n\u00e9ixer a Mallorca el 1987. Va deixar els estudis universitaris d&#8217;Empresarials per exercir de pastisser, la seva passi\u00f3 i, tamb\u00e9, el negoci que des de fa cent anys regenta la seva fam\u00edlia. Va comen\u00e7ar a aprendre l\u2019ofici de pastisser a Can Miquel \u201cAntic forn de Porreres\u201d a Palma. Despr\u00e9s, va partir cap a Barcelona per formar-se a l\u2019Escola de Pastisseria del Gremi de Barcelona. Mentrestant, tamb\u00e9 va fer feina amb el pastisser Oriol Balaguer i a la pastisseria BuB\u00f3 amb el mestre Carles Mampel.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;any 2012, es proclam\u00e0 millor jove pastisser d\u2019Espanya. Llavors, va fer les maletes per viure a Fran\u00e7a i complir el seu somni, treballar a Par\u00eds.
