Es tracta de l&#8217;elecci\u00f3 del\u00a0<strong>past\u00eds Tianet de Sant Sebasti\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En total,\u00a0<strong>6 forners i pastissers de Palma\u00a0<\/strong>participen en un concurs organitzat per l&#8217;Ajuntament. Els participants han elaborat uns productes que aspiren a guanyar el t\u00edtol honor\u00edfic de Tianet de Sant Sebasti\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>La idea \u00e9s que\u00a0<strong>del 15 al 27 de gener, els ciutadans i les ciutadanes els tastin\u00a0<\/strong>directament\u00a0als forns participants, que s\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>Forn de la Gl\u00f2ria, Forn Fond\u00f3, Fornet de la Soca, Pastisseria \u00c0ngel i Forn i Pastisseria Trias i Llu\u00eds P\u00e9rez Pastisser<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Ajuntament\u00a0de Palma proposa us convida a triar la proposta que m\u00e9s agradi trav\u00e9s del web\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tufas.palma.cat\/\"><strong>https:\/\/tufas.palma.cat<\/strong><\/a>. Es poden<strong>\u00a0votar fins a un m\u00e0xim de dues de les propostes<\/strong>\u00a0participants. El past\u00eds guanyador, d\u2019acord amb les bases del concurs,\u00a0<strong>es proclamar\u00e0 Tianet de Sant Sebastia el divendres 28 de gener de 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que els participants s\u00f3n forns i pastisseries destacats de Palma, cal dir que hi ha hagut\u00a0<strong>poca participaci\u00f3<\/strong>. De fet, falten negocis amb una traject\u00f2ria important, com ara el Forn de la Pau o el Forn de Reina Maria Cristina, entre altres.
