En aquesta segona edici\u00f3 dels guardons, s&#8217;ha premiat la\u00a0<strong>Ruta del Llonguet, la cuinera\u00a0Maca de Castro, Garden Hotels i Ramaders Agrupats de Felanitx,\u00a0<\/strong>que reberen una obra de l&#8217;artista<strong>\u00a0Miquel Segura.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acte de lliurament de premis consistir en la impartici\u00f3 de dues pon\u00e8ncies. La primera va ser a c\u00e0rrec del sommelier\u00a0<strong>Rub\u00e9n Pol<\/strong>, qui va parlar de la funci\u00f3 del sommelier al restaurant en l&#8217;actualitat. La segona pon\u00e8ncia, la va impartir el consultor en m\u00e0rqueting\u00a0<strong>Gonzalo Coterillo<\/strong>, que va comentar les principals eines que s&#8217;han de tenir en compte per usar b\u00e9 les xarxes socials.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi va haver una taula rodona sobre casos d&#8217;\u00e8xit en agricultura i ramaderia ecol\u00f2gica, en la qual hi participaren\u00a0<strong>Mireia Oliver<\/strong>, de\u00a0<strong>Vins Can Majoral<\/strong>\u00a0(Algaida),\u00a0<strong>Xisco Llompart<\/strong>, de la finca\u00a0<strong>Purgatori\u00a0<\/strong>(Llucmajor), i\u00a0<strong>Andreu Adrover<\/strong>, enginyer t\u00e8cnic agr\u00edcola de\u00a0<strong>Sa Teulera<\/strong>\u00a0(Petra).<\/p>\n<p>El suplement, de periodicitat mensual, est\u00e0 dirigit per Magdalena Mesquida i ofereix un resum de les novetats del sector gastron\u00f2mic de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p>El premiats fores els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ruta Llonguet<\/strong>: el jurat ha decidit guardonar-la per ser una iniciativa popular exitosa, que ha perm\u00e8s reviure un producte quasi desaparegut, el llonguet. La Ruta va comen\u00e7ar el 2015 i aquest 2021 ha arribat a la 7a edici\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Garden Hotels<\/strong>: \u00c9s una firma que ha apostat sense embuts per la sostenibilitat, el producte local i de quil\u00f2metre zero. Una iniciativa de la direcci\u00f3 de l&#8217;empresa en la qual s&#8217;hi ha implicat tot el personal, com ara el cuiner Jos\u00e9 Jaramillo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maca de Castro<\/strong>: La cuinera va apostar per traslladar el seu concepte culinari a Palma amb el restaurant Andana, una aposta ferma per la qualitat. El seu hort, la defensa pel producte de temporada i local, juntament amb la seva solidaritat silenciosa, recordem que va cuinar per a gent que no ho podia fer en els moments m\u00e9s durs del confinament i la pand\u00e8mia, han demostrat que \u00e9s una excel\u00b7lent cuinera i persona.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ramaders Agruparts de Felanitx<\/strong>: s\u00f3n un exemple d\u2019uni\u00f3 i de feina ben feta. L&#8217;any 1982, 39 ramaders decidiren\u00a0 fer feina plegats per professionalitzar-se. Han sabut fer pinya, ajudar-se i modernitzar-se per atendre les necessitats d\u2019avui dia. Per aix\u00f2 no solament tenen guardes d\u2019animals, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 disposen de sala d\u2019especejament, laboratori, m\u00e0quines de transformaci\u00f3 per elaborar productes com ara sopa farcida, pilotes, filets, etc.) i embotits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mae de la Concha<\/strong>, consellera d&#8217;Agricultura, va cloure l&#8217;acte i va criticar que en \u00e0mbit mundial \u00ables empreses que dominen el sector de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3, s\u00f3n tamb\u00e9 les empreses farmac\u00e8utiques\u00bb.<\/p>\n<pre>Fotografies: B.
