Va guanyar el premi d&#8217;argent amb la tapa<strong>\u00a0xuixo de Porc Negre amb anf\u00f3s<\/strong>, un plat amb el qual fa un homenatge a la cuina tradicional mallorquina i un producte t\u00edpic catal\u00e0, el xuixo, concretament de terres de Girona.<\/p>\n<p>Igor Rodr\u00edguez ha assegurat estar molt feli\u00e7 per haver guanyat el guard\u00f3, ja que ha estat una sorpresa perqu\u00e8 el nivell cada cop \u00e9s m\u00e9s alt en aquesta competici\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria.\u00a0 \u00ab\u00c9s un premi per a mi, per a\u00a0<strong>El Bandarra<\/strong>\u00a0(restaurant de Palma on treballa) i per a la gastronomia de les Illes Balears i el nostre producte local\u00bb, ha afirmat.<\/p>\n<p>El xuixo de porc amb anf\u00f3s \u00e9s, tal com el xef ha explicat, \u201cun xuixo de tota la vida (<strong>una pasta dol\u00e7a t\u00edpicament gironina<\/strong>, de forma cil\u00edndrica de pasta fina, farcida de crema, fregida i ensucrada per fora) farcit de\u00a0 Porc Negre i anf\u00f3s mallorqu\u00ed amb el qual pretenem no solament retre homenatge al receptari ancestral de Mallorca, sin\u00f3 a m\u00e9s oferir en un sol mos tot el que aquesta meravellosa terra ens pot oferir: mar i terra alhora\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Cal recordar que Igor Rodr\u00edguez va guanyar el Concurs Nacional de Pinxos i Tapes Ciutat de Valladolid el 2017 amb la tapa ensa\u00efmada de cranc de riu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Va guanyar el premi d&#8217;argent amb la tapa\u00a0xuixo de Porc Negre amb anf\u00f3s, un plat amb&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":43808,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1003,1478],"tags":[],"coauthors":[],"class_list":["post-57354","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat-es","category-concursos-i-premis-es"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
