El millor aliment ecol\u00f2gic de l&#8217;illa d&#8217;enguany \u00e9s el\u00a0<strong>formatge Nov\u00edcia<\/strong>, elaborat per la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/alimentacio\/formatgeria-es-pinaro-de-ses-monges\">formatgeria Es Pinar\u00f3 de ses Monges<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00edcia \u00e9s un\u00a0<strong>formatge blau de cabra ecol\u00f2gic fet a Son Maci\u00e0<\/strong>\u00a0(Manacor) per Maria Francisca Sitges i Miquel Villalonga.
