La carn \u00e9s una de les altres especialitats, amb el filet de vedella amb foie i la ploma de porc ib\u00e8ric amb reducci\u00f3 de vi negre com a plats estrella.<\/p>\n<p>De la seva terra hi surten aliments preuats com les\u00a0<strong>ametles<\/strong>, l&#8217;<strong>oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra\u00a0<\/strong>i el<strong>\u00a0licor d&#8217;herbes<\/strong>, a m\u00e9s de verdures i\u00a0<strong>hortalisses de temporada<\/strong>\u00a0que es fan servir en els plats que hi elaboren.<\/p>\n<p>Per gaudir de la bona cuina de Cases de Son Barbassa,\u00a0<strong>no cal allotjar-s&#8217;hi<\/strong>, per\u00f2 si voleu gaudir de la natura i d&#8217;aquest espai privilegiat, podeu reservar una de les 20 habitacions d&#8217;aquesta finca.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, hi trobareu la<strong>\u00a0zona de benestar i spa<\/strong>\u00a0amb unes instal\u00b7lacions que inclouen jacuzzi, sol\u00e0rium i sauna.
