Per a aquest fi, millor ingerir-lo en infusions.<\/li>\n<li>Contribueix a ajudar a perdre pes.<\/li>\n<li>Augmenta la temperatura corporal perqu\u00e8 posseeix un component cal\u00f2ric molt important, per la qual cosa \u00e9s recomanable en situacions en els quals hem d&#8217;estar exposats a temperatures g\u00e8lides.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9s antiinflamatori. Els cantants el solen prendre quan se&#8217;ls inflama la gola.
