Despr\u00e9s colliran l&#8217;oliva que es comercialitzar\u00e0 com a\u00a0<strong>oliva verda sencera<\/strong>. La campanya finalitzar\u00e0 devers el mes de mar\u00e7 amb la recol\u00b7lecci\u00f3 de l\u2019<strong>oliva negra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A la presentaci\u00f3 de la campanya que ha tingut lloc dia 9 d&#8217;octubre a l\u2019olivar de La Resid\u00e8ncia (Dei\u00e0) i hi han assistit\u00a0<strong>Mae de la Concha<\/strong>, consellera d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3,\u00a0<strong>Biel Torrens<\/strong>, director general d\u2019Agricultura, i\u00a0<strong>Miquel Gual<\/strong>, president del consell regulador de la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen Protegida Oliva de Mallorca,qui ha explicat que aquesta campanya 2019-2020 es preveu una producci\u00f3 de<strong>\u00a050.000 kilos d\u2019oliva qualificada<\/strong>, una\u00a0 xifra \u00a0que emmarca dins la normalitat despr\u00e9s de dues campanyes an\u00f2males: la de 2017-2018 amb resultats de r\u00e8cord de producci\u00f3 seguida d\u2019una for\u00e7a redu\u00efda, la de 2018-2019.<\/p>\n<p>Oliva de Mallorca encara aquesta vuitena campanya des de la seva implantaci\u00f3 amb una bona perspectiva de producci\u00f3 i ho fa assolint gradualment objectius importants com la creixent pres\u00e8ncia dins el mercat, fruit en gran part de la tasca dels elaboradors per aconseguir const\u00e0ncia en quant la disponibilitat als punts de venda d\u2019aquest producte tan singular com ic\u00f2nic de la gastronomia mallorquina.<\/p>\n<p>La DOP Oliva de Mallorca -una de les dues \u00faniques denominacions d\u2019origen d\u2019oliva de taula de l\u2019Estat- empara l\u2019oliva de la varietat Mallorquina provinent d\u2019<strong>oliveres antigues<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>la majoria centen\u00e0ries i localitzades a zones de dif\u00edcil acc\u00e9s de la Serra de Tramuntana<\/strong>, de tal manera que la recol\u00b7lecci\u00f3 es realitza de forma artesanal, a m\u00e0, el que afavoreix la selecci\u00f3 dels millors fruits i al seu punt \u00f2ptim de maduraci\u00f3 en funci\u00f3 de la presentaci\u00f3 final de l\u2019oliva: verda trencada, sencera i negra natural.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment el consell regulador t\u00e9 tres envasadors: <strong>Olis S\u00f3ller<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Son Moragues<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Son Mesquidassa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La campanya de l&#8217;oliva de taula ha comen\u00e7at i des de la denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen protegida (DOP)&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":42286,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1003,1477],"tags":[],"coauthors":[],"class_list":["post-62806","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat-es","category-reportatges-i-novetats-es"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
