Els xefs van oferir la seva particular visi\u00f3 de la gastronomia en una sopar a quatre mans, una\u00a0<strong>filosofia culin\u00e0ria basada en compartir i interactuar a taula<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El vespre va comen\u00e7ar amb una copa de cava i unes tapes com el\u00a0<strong>bunyol d&#8217;<em>humita<\/em>\u00a0<em>norte\u00f1a\u00a0<\/em>de blat de moro amb llagost\u00ed<\/strong>\u00a0(El Pati de Gl\u00f2ria) i el<strong>\u00a0bomb\u00f3 de bou amb flam de ceba caramel\u00b7litzada i t\u00f2fona negra<\/strong>\u00a0(Zaranda) i va prosseguir amb diferents plats com el<strong>\u00a0cl\u00e0ssic ou negre<\/strong>\u00a0de Fernando P. Arellano i\u00a0<strong>l&#8217;ensa\u00efmada que va viatjar a orient i en va tornar<\/strong>\u00a0de Javier Gardonio.<\/p>\n<p>Javier Gardonio va comen\u00e7ar la traject\u00f2ria professional al costat de Fernando P. Arellano l&#8217;any 2006 al restaurant Zaranda a Madrid. M\u00e9s tard, es va traslladar a Mallorca per continuar treballant al costat del seu mentor i amic, Fernando P. Arellano. El mes de gener de 2019, Javier Gardonio va agafar les regnes dels fogos de El Patio de Gl\u00f2ria sota la direcci\u00f3 de\u00a0<strong>Vanessa Cabau<\/strong>, directora general del grup\u00a0<strong>Cabau Hotels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fernando P.
