{"id":63193,"date":"2019-09-04T17:41:53","date_gmt":"2019-09-04T15:41:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/els-refrescos-endolcits-amb-sucre-o-artificialment-tenen-un-major-risc-de-mort"},"modified":"2022-04-09T09:50:39","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T07:50:39","slug":"els-refrescos-endolcits-amb-sucre-o-artificialment-tenen-un-major-risc-de-mort","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/els-refrescos-endolcits-amb-sucre-o-artificialment-tenen-un-major-risc-de-mort","title":{"rendered":"Els refrescos endolcits amb sucre o  artificialment tenen un major risc de mort"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un estudi internacional que s&#8217;ha publicat dia 3 de setembre a la revista cient\u00edfica\u00a0<em>JAMA Internal Medicine<\/em>\u00a0avisa que un major consum de refrescos, tant els que tenen sucre com els endolcits artificialment, s\u2019associa amb un augment del risc de mort.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta investigaci\u00f3, en la qual hi han participat investigadors de l\u2019Institut Catal\u00e0 d\u2019Oncologia (ICO) i de l\u2019Institut d\u2019Investigaci\u00f3 Biom\u00e8dica de Bellvitge (IDIBELL), s&#8217;ha fet a partir de les dades recopilades de\u00a0452.000 persones d\u2019ambd\u00f3s sexes de 10 pa\u00efsos europeus seguits durant un per\u00edode de 16 anys.<\/p>\n<p>Els autors apunten que els resultats de l&#8217;estudi donen suport a iniciatives de salut p\u00fablica per limitar el consum de refrescos.<\/p>\n<p>La recerca senyala que beure dos o m\u00e9s gots al dia (en comparaci\u00f3 amb menys d\u2019un got al mes) de refrescos endolcits amb sucre o endolcits artificialment s\u2019ha associat amb un major risc de mort per totes les causes.\u00a0<strong>Addicionalment es va trobar un risc m\u00e9s elevat de mort per malalties circulat\u00f2ries associades a consumir dos o m\u00e9s tassons al dia de begudes refrescants<\/strong>\u00a0i un major risc de mort per malalties digestives associades a beure\u2019n un o m\u00e9s d\u2019un got al dia. Per altra banda no es va observar cap associaci\u00f3 entre el consum de begudes refrescants i la mortalitat per c\u00e0ncer.<\/p>\n<p>En el per\u00edode que es va fer l&#8217;estudi hi va haver 41.693 morts. D&#8217;altra banda, el consum de begudes refrescants es va recollir en q\u00fcestionaris de dieta durant el per\u00edode 1992-2000.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019estudi inclou participants de Dinamarca, Fran\u00e7a, Alemanya, Gr\u00e8cia, It\u00e0lia, Pa\u00efsos Baixos, Noruega, Su\u00e8cia, el Regne Unit i l\u2019Estat espanyol.
