Va ser un sopar molt divertit i sabor\u00f3s amb els\u00a0<strong>caves ecol\u00f2gics de Mastinell<\/strong>\u00a0de Vilafranca del Pened\u00e8s i la cuina que el xef\u00a0<strong>Max Lawrie<\/strong>\u00a0elabora<strong>\u00a0al popular bar de Palma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cada plat va estar maridat amb un cava i una can\u00e7\u00f3 de La Movida (anys 80) que el sommelier\u00a0<strong>Daniel Arias<\/strong>\u00a0i la<strong>\u00a0Terremoto de Alcorc\u00f3n<\/strong>, propiet\u00e0ria del Bar Flexas, es varen encarregar de seleccionar.<\/p>\n<p>El maridatge va ser el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El vi blanc Alba, amb uns seitons envinagrats i la m\u00fasica de Para\u00edso amb la can\u00e7\u00f3 &#8216;Para ti&#8217;, una can\u00e7\u00f3 que reflecteix la joventut, la frescor i, fins i tot, la innoc\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li>Brut Ros\u00e9 Mastinell amb unes gambes y la can\u00e7\u00f3 &#8216;Groenlandia&#8217; del grup Zombies. Perqu\u00e8 a qualsevol lloc tamb\u00e9 es pot menjar b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Croqueta de confit d&#8217;\u00e0nec amb el cava Brut Real de Mastinell, amb una crian\u00e7a m\u00ednima de 72 mesos. Un cupatge de Macabeu, Xarel\u00b7lo i Parellada apte per a vegans, amb la can\u00e7\u00f3 &#8216;La chica de ayer&#8217; de Nacha Pop.<\/li>\n<li>Pica-pica de s\u00edpia amb sobrassada i curri vermell es va maridar amb el cava Nature Mastinell, un brut nature d&#8217;una crian\u00e7a de 96 mesos, fet amb Macabeu, Xarel\u00b7lo i Parellada, que es va degustar mentre sonava &#8216;Aquella canci\u00f3n de Roxy&#8217; del grup La Mode: el descobriment, el desig&#8230; quan saps que una cosasortir\u00e0 b\u00e9 nom\u00e9s amb mirar-ho.<\/li>\n<li>Acab\u00e0rem amb una degustaci\u00f3 de formatges i confitura casolana va posar el punt i final juntament amb el cava Carpe Diem Mastinell, un brut nature tamb\u00e9 amb una crian\u00e7a de 96 mesos, fet amb Chardonnay, Parellada i Xarel\u00b7lo, i hi va sonar &#8216;Quiero ser santa&#8217; del grup Par\u00e1lisis Permanente, una can\u00e7\u00f3 sobre l&#8217;ateviment, la rebel\u00b7lia, perqu\u00e8 tamb\u00e9 es pot anar a contracorrent i triomfar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El\u00a0Bar Flexas\u00a0va acollir una maridatge ben interessant dimecres passat batiat com a &#8216;Burbuja Granuja&#8217;.
