Aquest restaurant de Llucmajor, ubicat dins l&#8217;hotel\u00a0<strong>Cap Rocat<\/strong>, ofereix dos men\u00fas degustaci\u00f3 de dimarts a dissabte vespre, sempre amb reserva pr\u00e8via.<\/p>\n<p>El primer men\u00fa est\u00e0 batiat com a\u00a0<strong>El Producte<\/strong>\u00a0i el segon com\u00a0<strong>Un passeig per\u00a0 Mallorca<\/strong>. A tots dos aprofundeix en les arrels de la cuina mallorquina i fa dues o tres voltes a plats t\u00edpics i tradicionals de l&#8217;illa a partir del<strong>\u00a0producte de temporada, local i de qualitat<\/strong>. Hi versiona el variat (la versi\u00f3 mallorquina de les tapes), el pancuit a l&#8217;estil mariner, el frit de Pasqua i tracta amb delicadesa cada aliment, com b\u00e9 demostra el plat a base de safarn\u00e0ria, ou i t\u00f2fona, o les postres de llimona. Cal destacar que es pot fer el men\u00fa complet, 90 euros (beguda a part) o b\u00e9 plats solts del men\u00fa d&#8217;una mida m\u00e9s gran.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edctor Garcia es va fer popular entre el p\u00fablic mallorqu\u00ed a trav\u00e9s del programa de cuina\u00a0<strong>Passa\u2019m la sal<\/strong>, juntament amb la cuinera Aina Burgos, em\u00e8s durant tres temporades per la ja desapareguda Televisi\u00f3 de Mallorca.
