Per celebrar-ho, la finca acaba d\u2019obrir un selecte\u00a0<strong>Olive Oil &amp; Wine Bar<\/strong>, un espai pensat per a residents i turistes on s&#8217;hi pot degustar cada dia els olis que s&#8217;hi elaboren: Aubocassa i L&#8217;Amo, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;una selecci\u00f3 dels vins dels prestigiosos cellers\u00a0<strong>Roda\u00a0<\/strong>y<strong>\u00a0Bodegas La Horra<\/strong>, de la mateixa propietat.<\/p>\n<p>Per viure aquesta\u00a0<strong>experi\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, cal concertar-hi una cita previa al 971 100 388 . Hi ha dues opcions, l&#8217;oleoturisme i pastisseria que val 15 \u20ac \/ persona; i l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia d&#8217;oleoturisme, amb tast d&#8217;oli i de vi, que en val 30 per persona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un oli pioner i amb hist\u00f2ria\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mario Rotllant va comprar aquesta antiga possessi\u00f3 coneguda com\u00a0<strong>Alboc\u00e0sser &#8211;<\/strong>una finca del segle XII, situada al Pla de Mallorca al terme de Manacor-,\u00a0a comen\u00e7ament dels anys 90. Juntament amb el director general, Agust\u00edn Santolaya,\u00a0varen sembrar-hi oliveres, principalment de la varietat Piqual i l&#8217;any 1998 varen crear la firma Aubocassa, un oli d&#8217;oliva verge pioner a Mallorca i a Espanya que es va comen\u00e7ar a comercialitzar l&#8217;any 1999. Com a novetat, decidiren que\u00a0<strong>el rendiment de l&#8217;olivera pass\u00e0s a un segon lloc i les sensacions del paisatge n&#8217;agafassin el protagonisme<\/strong>. Seguint els mateixos principis que regeixen l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 del vi, els propietaris del celler Roda van comen\u00e7ar la seva traject\u00f2ria en el m\u00f3n de l&#8217;oli compartint caracter\u00edstiques amb el del vi: els dos s&#8217;extreuen d&#8217;un petit fruit, guarden aromes de fruita a l&#8217;interior, es rendeixen a la naturalesa en el seu proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 i s\u00f3n capa\u00e7os de transmetre les sensacions del paisatge on s&#8217;han criat. Expliquen que com passa a la vinya,\u00a0<strong>el sistema de cultiu de les oliveres d&#8217;Aubocassa \u00e9s respectu\u00f3s amb el s\u00f2l, la flora i la fauna aut\u00f2ctona<\/strong>. A la finca, els s\u00f2ls es mantenen amb herba natural per evitar-ne l&#8217;erosi\u00f3 i afavorir els cicles reproductors dels insectes beneficiosos.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;any 2015,\u00a0<strong>Aubocassa va inaugurar la tafona<\/strong>, ubicada a la finca, una maquin\u00e0ria\u00a0<strong>\u00fanica a Espanya<\/strong>, que permet extreure l&#8217;oli al mateix temps que es recullen les olives, de manera que se n&#8217;eliminen les esperes i el transport habituals.
