El concurs, celebrat els dies 15, 16 i 17 de mar\u00e7 a\u00a0<strong>Protur Biomar Gran Hotel &amp; Spa de sa Coma (Mallorca)<\/strong>\u00a0ha acollit un dels concursos de cuina m\u00e9s destacats de l&#8217;Estat entre estudiants de diferents escoles de cuina.<\/p>\n<p>Imanol Mu\u00f1oz va elaborar per a aquesta tercera edici\u00f3 del campionat un \u00e0nec\u00a0<em>apicius<\/em>, nap blanc, caf\u00e8 i formatge Idiaz\u00e1bal. En segon lloc va quedar\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Jonatan Alexander Lozano Baires<\/strong>, de l&#8217;EUHT Sant Pol, amb un plat que va titular Pueblo Lime\u00f1o; mentre qe en tercer lloc es va classificar\u00a0<strong>Alejandro Gil Font\u00e1n<\/strong>, del CIFP de Santiago de Compostela con un magret d&#8217;\u00e0nec i cireres.\u00a0Dels 80 alumnes finalistes, se&#8217;n varen seleccionar 18, que varen haver de fer un plat amb bacall\u00e0. Els 6 que passaren a la final es disputaren el primer premi amb una recepta de tem\u00e0tica lliure.<\/p>\n<p>El vencedor ha obtingut un premi de 3.000 \u20ac, el 2n classificat 1.500 \u20ac i el 3r. classificat 1.000 \u20ac. A m\u00e9s els tres vencedors han obtingut un contracte remunerat per fer pr\u00e0ctiques a la cadena hotelera Protur Hotels, que inclou l&#8217;allotjament. Els participants classificats en 4t, 5\u00e8 i 6\u00e8 lloc gaudiran d&#8217;una estada gratu\u00efta per a dues persones en algun dels hotels d&#8217;aquesta cadena hotelera mallorquina.<\/p>\n<p>El jurat del concurs ha estat presidit per\u00a0Tomeu Caldentey, i ha comptat amb els cuiners Marc Fosh, V\u00edctor Garc\u00eda, Benet Vicen\u00e7, Rafel Perell\u00f3, Rafel Llofriu, Shen Qian Ye, Cati Pieras, Toni Tarrag\u00f3, Marta Rossell\u00f3, Fernando P. Arellano, Silvia Anglada, Bernab\u00e9 Caravotta, Macarena de Castro, Mar\u00eda Solivellas, Andreu Genestra, Santi Taura, Joan J. Genestra, Alvaro Salazar, Joan Marc Garc\u00edas, Javier G\u00f3mez, membre de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Sommeliers, M\u00f3nica Pieptanar, sommlier, Daniel Arias, sommelier, Toni Tugores, historiador i especialista en gastronomia, Jan Edwars, periodista gastron\u00f3mica de Mallorca Sunshine Radio, Miquel A. Adrover, editor y periodista gastron\u00f2mic, David Nadal, director de continguts d&#8217;IB3, Jos\u00e9 L. Mateos, consultor gastron\u00f2mic d&#8217;Onda Cero Mallorca, Lola Colom, periodista gastron\u00f2mica d&#8217;Ultima Hora i Martina Zender, periodista gastron\u00f2mica de Mallorca Zeintug.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Protur Kids 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Paral\u00b7leament, es va organitzar una nova edici\u00f3 de Protur Kids 2019.
