Ara b\u00e9, no ho fa definitivament, sin\u00f3 que es trasllada al Mercat de l&#8217;Olivar.<\/p>\n<p>El motiu, segons explica el diari \u00daltima Hora, \u00e9s que la propietat no ha volgut renovar el contracte de lloguer als actuals responsables de la botiga. Cal recordar que aquest negoci \u00e9s incl\u00f2s al cat\u00e0leg de comer\u00e7os emblem\u00e0tics de Palma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una mica d&#8217;hist\u00f2ria de Caf\u00e8s Llofriu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Caf\u00e8s Llofriu va n\u00e9ixer l&#8217;any 1866 i des de l&#8217;any 1955 s&#8217;ubica en el carrer de Josep Tous i Ferrer. L&#8217;any 2011 va passar a formar part de Caf\u00e8s Rico i, alhora, del grup d&#8217;empreses de l&#8217;empresari mallorqu\u00ed Antoni Fontanet.
