L&#8217;activitat est\u00e0 organitzada pel Museu de Menorca conjuntament amb l&#8217;associaci\u00f3 gastron\u00f2micocultural Fra Roger. Segons expliquen, per preparar aquesta activitat han utilitzat diversos recursos de la hist\u00f2ria, la gastronomia i el patrimoni amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;<strong>explicar com enterraven els morts els menorquins d&#8217;\u00e8poca romana<\/strong>. Per fer-ho s&#8217;usaran l&#8217;o\u00efda, la vista, el gust, l&#8217;olfacte i el tacte.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;activitat comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 a les 20 hores i tendr\u00e0 una durada de 3 hores, al\u00a0 Museu de Menorca (Pla del Monestir s\/n, Ma\u00f3). Consistir\u00e0 en un men\u00fa que t\u00e9 com a context els objectes trobats a la necr\u00f2polis romana de Ma\u00f3, coneguda com Magontana. D&#8217;aquesta manera, es proposa entrar dins el m\u00f3n funerari rom\u00e0 i esbrinar en qu\u00e8 consistien els seus rituals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un dels elements clau d\u2019aquestes cerim\u00f2nies eren els \u00e0pats funeraris<\/strong>\u00a0que en el cas d&#8217;aquesta activitat consistir\u00e0 en el men\u00fa seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Olivades romanes o olives negres i verdes<\/li>\n<li>Carbasses a la manera d\u2019Alexandria<\/li>\n<li>Pollastre amb prunes<\/li>\n<li>Past\u00eds de brossat rom\u00e0<\/li>\n<li>Mulsum, vi amb mel i pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Consultau-ne el men\u00fa complet\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Sopar-Funerari-2018-Menu-Roma.pdf\">Sopar Funerari 2018 Menu Roma<\/a><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;encarregada de proposar aquest men\u00fa i d&#8217;explicar-ne els plats i en qu\u00e9 consistien aquests \u00e0pats \u00e9s la investigadora gastron\u00f2mica\u00a0<strong>N\u00faria B\u00e0guen<\/strong>a, mentre que la cuinera responsable de l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 del men\u00fa \u00e9s la<strong>\u00a0Maite Villamala<\/strong>\u00a0de Baixa Van.
