Una beguda, creada l&#8217;any 2016, que \u00e9s ideal per gaudir els mesos d&#8217;estiu, 100% natural i sense gas. Pot acompanyar des d&#8217;una ensalada a un bon peix o una bona carn. Est\u00e0 feta a Pina (Algaida) amb vi de ra\u00efm Cabernet Sauvignon, un concentrat de taronges, sucre, vainilla i canyella. El resultat \u00e9s una sangria de qualitat, presentada en una elegant de vidre. Des de llavors, no l&#8217;han deixat de fer. \u00c9s un vi jove monovarietal, d&#8217;Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo). T\u00e9 una crian\u00e7a de 4 mesos dins tines. \u00c9s un vi suau, molt llaminer, d&#8217;un color vermell intens, amb tocs violacis. Aromes de fruita vermella i notes florals de rosa i de mores. Gust\u00f3s en boca i d&#8217;acidesa fina. T\u00e9 una crian\u00e7a de 6 mesos en dip\u00f2sit inoxidable, amb els sediments i p\u00f2sits del vi i amb remenada (<i>bastonage<\/i>) quinzenal. De color groc de palla, net i brillant, destaca per una ll\u00e0grima abundant. Al nas, es noten les fruites blanques com la pera i la poma, a m\u00e9s del fonoll. A la boca, hi t\u00e9 un toc fresc amb carb\u00f2nic de fermentaci\u00f3, d&#8217;acidesa equilibrada i amb un final llarg i persistent.
