{"id":68358,"date":"2018-05-18T10:55:56","date_gmt":"2018-05-18T08:55:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/el-retorn-de-la-cervesa-rosa-blanca"},"modified":"2022-04-09T10:19:29","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T08:19:29","slug":"el-retorn-de-la-cervesa-rosa-blanca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/el-retorn-de-la-cervesa-rosa-blanca","title":{"rendered":"El retorn de la cervesa Rosa Blanca"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><em>La m\u00edtica firma torna amb una imatge i un gust renovats<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Rosa Blanca, la cervesa nascuda a Mallorca el 1927 i que durant d\u00e8cades es va encarregar de refrescar als mallorquins amb varietats com la Pilsen, la Munic o la Bock Balear acaba de reprendre la llarga tradici\u00f3 amb el llan\u00e7ament d&#8217;una nova varietat, i estar\u00e0 disponible a bars i restaurants de tota l&#8217;illa en els formats de botella de 33 cl i barril.<\/p>\n<p>Amb una imatge actualitzada i elegant per\u00f2 fidel al disseny que molts encara recordaran, l&#8217;emblem\u00e0tica Rosa Blanca es presenta com una\u00a0<em>Hoppy Lager<\/em>, una varietat caracter\u00edstica pel seu toc de ll\u00fapol suau, refrescant i d&#8217;aroma intens .<\/p>\n<p>El toc diferenciador de Rosa Blanca es troba en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3, en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;utilitza un ll\u00fapol arom\u00e0tic de la varietat Citr&#8217; caracter\u00edstic per les seves aromes afruitats i notes c\u00edtriques. El resultat: una cervesa ideal tant per aperitius com per a la gastronomia d&#8217;interior que a partir d&#8217;avui ja es pot trobar als primers bars i restaurants mallorquins que l&#8217;han acollit de nou.<\/p>\n<p>El lloc escollit per a la presentaci\u00f3, celebrada el 17 de maig de 2018, va ser la hist\u00f2rica finca Bellveure de Binissalem, una possessi\u00f3 del segle XVI de la Serra Tramuntana que alberga en el seu interior l&#8217;estudi creatiu &#8216;Con Alma Design&#8217; format per la interiorista Maria Ant\u00f2nia Marqu\u00e8s i la seva parella \u00c1lvaro Garriga.<\/p>\n<p>El prestigi\u00f3s reboster i obrador Tomeu Arbona, conegut com l&#8217;arque\u00f2leg de la gastronomia mallorquina, va ser l&#8217;encarregat de donar a con\u00e8ixer les particularitats d&#8217;aquesta cervesa a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un tast maridat amb propostes com: magrana d&#8217;alberg\u00ednia amb poma, panada de moll o arr\u00f2s brut. L&#8217;acte va comptar, tamb\u00e9, amb la pres\u00e8ncia del jove duo mallorqu\u00ed Lili&#8217;s House que van aportar el toc musical d&#8217;ac\u00fastic folk pop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una\u00a0<em>Hoppy Lager<\/em>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s una cervesa de baixa fermentaci\u00f3 (lager) amb un toc caracter\u00edstic de ll\u00fapol (<em>hop<\/em>\u00a0en angl\u00e8s). S&#8217;elabora amb els ingredients tradicionals d&#8217;una cervesa\u00a0<em>lager<\/em>: malt d&#8217;ordi, blat de moro, arr\u00f2s i ll\u00fapol per\u00f2 al final del proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3, durant la fase de maduraci\u00f3 de la cervesa, se li afegeix un segon ll\u00fapol arom\u00e0tic (en el cas de Rosa Blanca s&#8217;usa la prestigiosa varietat de ll\u00fapol Citra). S&#8217;incorpora en fred, entre 0 i 1 graus, per extreure tots els seus aromes i notes c\u00edtriques, per\u00f2 no la seva amargor. El resultat \u00e9s una\u00a0<em>lager<\/em>\u00a0de cos equilibrat i gran cremositat amb notes de fruita i aromes c\u00edtrics i records a cereals poc torrats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hist\u00f2ria de Rosa Blanca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els or\u00edgens de Rosa Blanca es remunten a l&#8217;any 1851, quan es va fundar la destil\u00b7leria anomenada &#8216;La Rosa Blanca&#8217;. El 1890 es va comen\u00e7ar a fabricar cervesa al Raval de Santa Catalina (Palma) essent la primera ind\u00fastria cervesera mallorquina situada dins del nucli urb\u00e0 de la ciutat.<\/p>\n<p>El 1927 es comen\u00e7a a comercialitzar &#8216;La Rosa Blanca&#8217; i s&#8217;incorpora el seu dibuix tan caracter\u00edstic d&#8217;una rosa a les etiquetes de les varietats Munic, Bock Balear i Pilsen. A la d\u00e8cada dels 50 va passar a denominar-se \u00fanicament &#8216;Rosa Blanca&#8217;, \u00e8poca en la qual va gaudir de la seva m\u00e0xima pres\u00e8ncia i reconeixement a l&#8217;illa. A partir dels anys 60, amb el boom tur\u00edstic i l&#8217;entrada de marques internacionals al mercat balear, la marca comen\u00e7a a perdre poc a poc la seva pres\u00e8ncia fins a desapar\u00e8ixer en 1998. Ara, repr\u00e8n la seva llarga tradici\u00f3 amb la seva nova varietat &#8216;Hoppy Lager&#8217; amb el suport del grup cerveser Damm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nota de tast<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rosa Blanca t\u00e9 un color groc intens i reflexos daurats que li donen un aspecte atractiu. L&#8217;escuma \u00e9s compacta i de color blanc marbre. D&#8217;aroma intens on predominen les notes de fruita i els matisos c\u00edtrics i herbals.<\/p>\n<p>A la boca trobem notes de fruita de pr\u00e9ssec i fruites tropicals amb records a cereals poc torrats i mel. \u00c9s una cervesa de cos mitj\u00e0, complexa i amb un carb\u00f2nic fi i delicat.<\/p>\n<p>La percepci\u00f3 global \u00e9s de rodonesa amb una amargor ben integrat i agradable. El retrogust \u00e9s c\u00edtric i molt refrescant.
