La cita va tenir lloc el14 de maig horabaixa, al Centre de Cultura Sa Nostra de Palma.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;encarregat d&#8217;inaugurar la jornada va ser<strong>\u00a0Cosme Bonet<\/strong>, conseller d&#8217;Economia, Hisenda i Turisme del Consell Insular de Mallorca, que a manifestar el suport incondicional a aquest producte tur\u00edstic, el vi, \u00abL&#8217;enoturisme ofereix experi\u00e8ncies vinculades amb el territori\u00bb, afirm\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva banda, J<strong>os\u00e9 L. Roses<\/strong>, president de la DO Binissalem, va presentar als ponents i moderar la Jornada. El primer a intervenir va ser\u00a0<strong>Joan Mesquida<\/strong>, director de Turisme, Comer\u00e7, Litoral i Projectes Estrat\u00e8gics de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Calvi\u00e0 amb la pon\u00e8ncia &#8216;La promoci\u00f3 tur\u00edstica de la Gastronomia des de la perspectiva nacional&#8217;. Mesquida va fer un recorregut per les accions i estrat\u00e8gies dutes a terme per promocionar el turisme experiencial d&#8217;Espanya, amb campanyes com \u00abI need Spain\u00bb, quan era Secretari d&#8217;Estat de Turisme. Tamb\u00e9 hi va explicar el lideratge tur\u00edstic d&#8217;Espanya i l&#8217;alta valoraci\u00f3 de la gastronomia pels visitants de l&#8217;Estat.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, la\u00a0Dra.\u00a0<strong>Maria Ant\u00f2nia Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, professora de la Facultat de Turisme de la UIB, va aportar una informaci\u00f3 molt interessant sobre els projectes de recerca que desenvolupa el seu grup de Treball en relaci\u00f3 al turisme de la comunitat aut\u00f2noma. La seva intervenci\u00f3, titulada &#8216;Enoturisme i desestacionalitzaci\u00f3: un maridatge perfecte&#8217;, va tractar l&#8217;estacionalitat del model tur\u00edstic balear i les accions per combatre-la, essent l&#8217;enoturisme i la gastronomia claus per a aix\u00f2. La Dra. Garc\u00eda tamb\u00e9 va incidir en \u00abla necessitat de prendre mesures serioses i valentes per rejovenir la destinaci\u00f3. Oferir experi\u00e8ncies tur\u00edstiques desestacionalitzadores per garantir la sostenibilitat del turisme\u00bb. Tamb\u00e9 va incidir en l&#8217;exig\u00e8ncia del turista actual, per la qualitat i el tracte personalitzat.<\/p>\n<p>Un ponent que coneix b\u00e9 la demanda dels turistes \u00e9s\u00a0<strong>Antoni Abrines<\/strong>, president d&#8217;AVIBA, que va parlar del nou perfil de turista, de les noves tend\u00e8ncies i de l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de la comunicaci\u00f3: \u00abja no es venen viatges, es venen experi\u00e8ncies\u00bb va afirmar, i va afegir que \u00abfer turisme s&#8217;ha convertit en una necessitat\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En la segona fase de la Jornada, van intervenir\u00a0<strong>Germ\u00e1n Albert\u00ed<\/strong>\u00a0propietari d&#8217;Antonio Nadal Ros Cellers i Vinyes, el primer celler inscrit a la DO Binissalem, que va explicar les seves propostes enotur\u00edstiques, \u00aboferesc una experi\u00e8ncia sensorial als visitants del nostre celler i intent que es portin la idea de com s&#8217;elabora el vi: de la terra a la copa\u00bb. La seva intervenci\u00f3 va anar seguida de la d&#8217;<strong>Esperan\u00e7a Nadal<\/strong>, en\u00f2loga i propiet\u00e0ria del celler familiar Vins Nadal, que va explicar l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de l&#8217;enoturisme, des de les primeres visites fa 20 anys,\u00bbgrups de turistes sense gaire inter\u00e8s pel vi \u00abfins avui que\u00bb el visitant reclama un tracte personalitzat en grups petits i de qualitat\u00bb. Nadal va ser molt cr\u00edtica amb les institucions locals i els va reclamar m\u00e9s implicaci\u00f3 i accions que ajudin a promocionar l&#8217;enoturisme.<\/p>\n<p>Va tancar la cita\u00a0<strong>Miguel N\u00fa\u00f1ez<\/strong>, director de Wine Routes Mallorca-VullVi, empresa dedicada al turisme gastron\u00f2mic i vitivin\u00edcola de Mallorca amb el t\u00edtol &#8216;Un altre turisme \u00e9s possible, si nosaltres volem&#8217;. N\u00fa\u00f1ez va explicar les dificultats que es va trobar en arribar a Mallorca per crear el seu producte i la falta de clients locals, \u00abla majoria de clients s\u00f3n estrangers i els encanta el que els oferim. Valoren la qualitat, el producte local i el tracte personalitzat \u00ab, va remarcar positivament la feina que s&#8217;est\u00e0 comen\u00e7ant a fer des del Club de Producte de Turisme Gastron\u00f2mic, creat per l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia de Turisme de les Illes Balears i del qual n&#8217;\u00e9s membre.<\/p>\n<p>Des de la DO Binissalem es va exposar el suport rebut per part de les institucions, principalment de la Conselleria de Medi Ambient, Agricultura i Pesca a trav\u00e9s dels fons FEADER. Va correspondre al representant de la Conselleria,\u00a0<strong>Vicen\u00e7 Vidal<\/strong>, la clausura de la Jornada, qui va recon\u00e8ixer el treball realitzat per la DO Binissalem amb el projecte Wine Days i va posar en valor als clients locals, \u00ables noves generacions valoren el producte local\u00bb. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, Vidal va explicar que des del Govern s&#8217;est\u00e0 apostant per un turisme de qualitat i que l&#8217;agroind\u00fastria \u00e9s un referent com a model de diversificaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica.
