Els cuiners\u00a0<strong>Asier Alcalde<\/strong>, del restaurant Laia de Hondarribia (Guip\u00fascoa) i\u00a0<strong>Rub\u00e9n Osorio<\/strong>, del restaurant Ergo, de Miranda d&#8217;Ebre, (Burgos), han quedat en segon i tercer lloc respectivament.<\/p>\n<p>Els plats amb els quals \u00c1lvaro ha aconseguit el primer lloc han estat: un entrant de gamba panxuda, papada, eri\u00e7\u00f3, gaspatxo de taronja com un aguachile i fi; un plat principal de lleteroles de vedella brasejades amb remolatxa; i, de postres, umbel\u00b7l\u00edferes-xoc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Perfil del millor<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Cuiner de l&#8217;Any<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nascut a Ja\u00e9n (Andalusia, Espanya) i afincat a Palma des de l&#8217;any 2011, ha fet diverses estades a restaurants com Tragabuches (1 *) o Echaurren o Ezcaray (1 *). Un cop finalitzat aquest per\u00edode ha treballat en restaurants com l&#8217;Hotel Palacio del Bail\u00edo, La Seda, Sergi Arola Gastro (2 *) com tamb\u00e9 a ciutats com Paris, Estocolm o Kuwait. Tamb\u00e9 ha treballat en diversos projectes al costat d&#8217;Andreu Genestra.Compta amb una estrella Michelin i l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Periodistes i Escriptors Gastron\u00f2mics l&#8217;ha premiat com a Millor Cuiner de Mallorca de l&#8217;any 2017.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c1lvaro Salazar ha rebut un xec de 6.000 \u20ac per\u00f2 no ha estat l&#8217;\u00fanic ja que avui els 8 cuiners participants tenien premi. Asier alcalde, que ha quedat en segon lloc, ha rebut 3.000 \u20ac i Rub\u00e9n Osorio, el tercer, 1.500 \u20ac i els altres 5 companys, 500 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concurs cambrer de l&#8217;Any<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per la seva banda, la professional de sala\u00a0<strong>\u00c1ngela Marulanda<\/strong>\u00a0ha hagut de superar una s\u00e8rie de proves te\u00f2riques i pr\u00e0ctiques com tiratge de cervesa, cocteleria, muntatge de la taula o la preparaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un combinat de caf\u00e8, entre d&#8217;altres. A m\u00e9s de rebre aquest gran t\u00edtol, se li ha lliurat un xec de 2.000 \u20ac. Marulanda compta amb formaci\u00f3 hotelera i docent. Imparteix cursos en diversos centres en atenci\u00f3 al client i higiene aliment\u00e0ria i ha treballat en restaurants com Local de Ensayo, Pura Cepa, Keki Taper\u00eda, La Alborada o Casablanca.
