Aquest licor \u00e9s de la firma Cabraboc, origin\u00e0ria de S\u00f3ller (Mallorca), una localitat de la Serra de Tramuntana (Patrimoni de la Humanitat) molt popular per la qualitat de les taronges que s&#8217;hi cultiven. Des de el 2012, Cabraboc elabora ginebra, palo i herbes. S&#8217;elabora amb una viticultura de fins a 800 metres d&#8217;altitud, a la cara nord de la Serra de de Prades, envoltat pel\u00a0Parc Nacional de Prades i el Parc natural de Poblet.\u00a0Els vinaters hi desenvolupen l&#8217;activitat en un ambient geogr\u00e0fic molt particular i dif\u00edcil, perqu\u00e8 creuen que cultivar la vinya en altura, en un sol pedreg\u00f3s, en ambients no contaminants i amb una diversitat biol\u00f2gica intacta dona de resultat vins originals i singulars.<\/p>\n<p>Trepat Rosat 2017 \u00e9s un vi de color<strong>\u00a0rosa p\u00e0l\u00b7lid, net i brillant<\/strong>, amb aromes de fruits vermells i florals que es barregen amb notes de fruites del bosc, especialment de\u00a0<strong>maduixa salvatge<\/strong>. En boca t\u00e9 una molt bona acidesa i volum. El final \u00e9s agradable i fresc. La fam\u00edlia Margenat \u00e9s hereva d&#8217;una tradici\u00f3 mil\u00b7len\u00e0ria on fan vi emmarcat en la DO Pla de Bages. Fermenta amb llevats propis de la finca i el ra\u00efm es cull manualment. Es macera de 15 a 20 dies sense usar-hi la premsa. T\u00e9 una crian\u00e7a en botes de roure franc\u00e8s d&#8217;Allier, ou de formig\u00f3 i \u00e0mfora de cer\u00e0mica durant 9 mesos. Despr\u00e9s, se&#8217;n fa la crian\u00e7a en botella durant un m\u00ednim de 12 mesos amb tap de suro natural.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;edici\u00f3 especial de Picapoll Negre 2015 expressa el\u00a0<em>terroir\u00a0<\/em>de la finca. \u00c9s un\u00a0<strong>vi ecol\u00f2gic equilibrat<\/strong>, fruit d&#8217;una una zona privilegiada, enmig de muntanyes com Montserrat, o el Parc Natural de Sant Lloren\u00e7 de Munt i l\u2019Obac.\u00a0T\u00e9\u00a0<strong>notes subtils de fruits vermells<\/strong>, amb tocs florals que aporta l&#8217;envelliment a les botes de roure franc\u00e8s. De<strong>\u00a0final llarg i amable<\/strong>, t\u00e9 un recorregut en boca excepcional.
