Ell i el finalista<strong>\u00a0Javier G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, sommelier del restaurant Es Fum, representaran l&#8217;arxip\u00e8lag al Campionat d&#8217;Espanya que se celebrar\u00e0 del 7 al 10 de maig al Sal\u00f3n Gourmets de Madrid.<\/p>\n<p>Nascut a Palma el 1983,\u00a0<strong>Gabriel Lucas Dimmock<\/strong>\u00a0ha treballat anteriorment com a segon sommelier al restaurant Trist\u00e1n, aprenent del sommelier itali\u00e0 Gabrielle Putigniano, que ha quedat en tercera posici\u00f3 en el certamen. Despr\u00e9s de treballar en el Tristany, Lucas va passar al restaurant Marc Fosh (1 estrella Michelin), on treballa com sommelier des de fa tres anys. Aquesta \u00e9s la segona ocasi\u00f3 que lluita per al\u00e7ar-se amb el primer premi del campionat de Balears que organitza l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Balear de Sommeliers (ABS) i enguany ha aconseguit el repte que es va proposar.<\/p>\n<p>El concurs ha comptat amb 6 participants que han hagut de fer una part escrita sobre viticultura, enologia i productes gastron\u00f2mics, i tamb\u00e9 un tast de vins.
