{"id":68963,"date":"2018-01-24T15:19:12","date_gmt":"2018-01-24T14:19:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/detectat-un-brot-dhepatitis-un-restaurant-de-palma"},"modified":"2018-01-24T15:19:12","modified_gmt":"2018-01-24T14:19:12","slug":"detectat-un-brot-dhepatitis-un-restaurant-de-palma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/es\/detectat-un-brot-dhepatitis-un-restaurant-de-palma","title":{"rendered":"Detectat un brot d&#8217;hepatitis A a un restaurant de Palma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La not\u00edcia s&#8217;ha conegut el dimecres dia 24 de gener<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Maria Ramos, directora de Salut P\u00fablica del Goven de les Illes Balears, ha informat que s&#8217;ha detectat un brot d&#8217;hepatitis A a un restaurant de Palma. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Per ara no s&#8217;ha fet p\u00fablic el nom de l&#8217;establiment, tan sols que es troba al centre de Palma i que hi ha hagut 30 persones afectades. Cal destacar que des del Govern apunten que el brot ja est\u00e0 controlat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Maria Ramos ha informat que el brot es va detectar amb les festes nadalenques i que dia 10 de gener es va tancar i que va ser clausurat fins al 19 de gener.<\/p>\n<p>Ramos ha explicat que el restaurant ser\u00e0 sancionat. Ramos ha comentat que l&#8217;hepatitis A no es una malaltia greu, si l&#8217;afectat no t\u00e9 altres patologies associades o una edat avan\u00e7ada, i que se supera en un parell de setmanes.<\/p>\n<p><em>L&#8217;hepatitis A \u00e9s una malaltia del fetge causada pel virus VHA. Es transmet pel contacte amb deposicions d&#8217;un altre malalt, per falta d&#8217;higiene a la llar o b\u00e9 el consum d&#8217;aliments contaminats i deficientment rentats (com a verdures regades amb aig\u00fces no tractades o en contacte amb vectors, com a mosques o paneroles). Pot afectar qualsevol persona i tenir car\u00e0cter epid\u00e8mic en aquells llocs que no compten amb tractament adequat de les seues aig\u00fces servides.Els principals s\u00edmptomes s\u00f3n: febre, p\u00e8rdua de gana, malestar general, amb cansament, n\u00e0usees, mol\u00e8sties d&#8217;est\u00f3mac i icter\u00edcia (color groc de la pell i dels ulls), generalment amb coloraci\u00f3 fosca de l&#8217;orina i femtes blanquinoses.
