Intimitat Original<\/em>; una joia que recopila devers 200 receptes de cuina tradicional mallorquina. Ara b\u00e9, no es tracta simplement d&#8217;un recull ja que els plats formen part de la seva mem\u00f2ria i viv\u00e8ncia culin\u00e0ria m\u00e9s \u00edntima.<\/p>\n<p>El llibre est\u00e0 acompanyat d&#8217;una acurada i art\u00edstica selecci\u00f3 fotogr\u00e0fica de\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/bartomeusastre.com\/\">Bartomeu Sastre<\/a><\/strong>, que ja va col\u00b7laborar amb Arbona al llibre\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/tomeu-arbona-presenta-el-llibre-rebosteria-tradicional-de-mallorca\"><em>Rebosteria tradicional a Mallorca<\/em><\/a>, publicat el 2015; i\u00a0compta amb la participaci\u00f3 del cr\u00edtic gastron\u00f2mic\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/andonisarriegi.wordpress.com\/\"><strong>Andoni Sarriegi<\/strong><\/a>, com a autor del pr\u00f2leg.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acte tendr\u00e0 lloc dissabte dia 9 de desembre, a les 18 hores, al Centre de Cultura Sa Nostra de Palma, i comptar\u00e0 amb la participaci\u00f3 de Tomeu Arbona, autor del llibre, Bartomeu Sastre, autor de les fotografies, i de\u00a0<strong>Dami\u00e0 Rotger<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Estudi D\u00factil, autors del disseny.<\/p>\n<p>Per assistir-hi cap inscriure&#8217;s a la web:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.formfy.com\/form\/1125836\">https:\/\/www.formfy.com\/form\/1125836<\/a><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;acte tamb\u00e9 comptar\u00e0 amb la participaci\u00f3 de la cantant\u00a0<strong>Miquelina Llad\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El reboster del\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/ca\/restaurant\/fornet-de-la-soca\">Fornet de la Soca<\/a>\u00a0defineix el nou llibre com a fruit del seu \u00abamor incondicional a la nostra cuina tradicional amb receptes de la meva fam\u00edlia, de plaquetes familiars, quadernets d&#8217;anotacions, carpetes amb retalls de premsa, receptes de llibres antiqu\u00edssims i receptes que m&#8217;han contat. Aquest llibre \u00e9s un compendi de records gastron\u00f2mics en forma de receptes que hem anat preparant amb el fot\u00f2graf Bartomeu Sastre durant un any i mig. Hem fet una edici\u00f3 molt especial tant pel contingut del llibre, com per com est\u00e0 editat, gr\u00e0cies a un disseny excepcional d\u2019Estudi D\u00factil\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s el tercer llibre que publica d&#8217;en\u00e7\u00e0 que la crisi el va obligar a deixar el seu ofici de psic\u00f2leg per dedicar-se en cos i \u00e0nima a la seva passi\u00f3: el pa, la rebosteria i la cuina.
